The villa has one of the largest private heated pools in the Algarve, private tennis court and all weather putting green. The beautiful beaches of Praia da Luz and Burgau are just a 5 minute drive away with 4 quality golf courses nearby. Casa Matos Brancos is a fantastic villa set in private grounds and a picturesque location, just 5 minutes from the popular villages and beautiful beaches of Praia da Luz and Burgau. The historic Town of Lagos is a 10 minute drive.The villa boasts one of the largest heated private pools in the Algarve, it's own putting green and private all weather tennis court. There is a very large covered area poolside with built in BBQ and outdoor dining facilities for 12 people. Just inside from the pool terrace is the bar area where many guests enjoy relaxing and mixing a few cocktails! The bar leads up to the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The villa has a separate games room with pool table and dart board, there is also an all weather table tennis table. This villa is ideal for one,two or more families wishing to share a first class self-containted villa with every amenity. The villa is also close to a number of top quality golf courses and Faro Airport is less than 1 hour away.

Very large 12.5 metre x 6 metre Heated Private Pool. Sunbathing terrace surrounding each side of the pool with 10 top quality sun loungers and comfortable seating. There is another large outdoor dining table and chairs situated alongside the garden in a naturally shaded area. Graduated steps/pathway from pool terrace to putting green and tennis court. From the living areas and bar, onto the Pool Terrace, there is a large barbecue/grill, beautiful outdoor dining table and chairs, seating up to 12 people. All weather tennis court and putting green set in lovely peaceful gardens. Each bedroom has its own private furnished terrace/balcony for quiet relaxation with lovely views!
Coast/Beach
