Description
The villa is upside down. Entry to the villa is into an entrance area that leads to the living area and the dining area. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area. There is a fully fitted kitchen on this level. The living area opens onto a veranda which is part covered. On the veranda, there is a large table with seating for 4 people. There are additional chairs. The view from the veranda and living area is wonderful.
The kitchen and has a split hob and oven. There is a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher. Also supplied are an iron board and iron.
The villa is provided with an internet television and WiFi. There is a DVD player and a stereo radio.
Outside the kitchen, there is a B-B-Q and a table and chairs for four.
Downstairs, outside the bedrooms, there is the pool and sunbathing area with a lawned garden. There is a table and chairs on the veranda.
The gardens are maintained for your enjoyment and the gardener will visit to mow the lawns and clean the pool weekly.
Luz is a nice village with a clean and safe beach that has a blue flag. From the beach, there are sailing and water sports.
Close to Luz, there is the Bova Vista golf course. Within 20 minutes from the villa, there are other courses include Palmares, to the East of Largos and Santo Antonio Golf to the West, Just across the 125, there is also Espiche Golf. There are 29 golf courses on the Algarve!
There are plenty of facilities in the village. Supermarkets include 'Baptista' and a Spar. Baptista is the best and caterers for a wide variety of tastes. There are also doctors and a dentist, if you should need them. There are a number of banks and also cash machines.
There are plenty of restaurants and a number of beach bars. Recommended is the Fortaleza in the old fort.

There is a Zoo at Lagos and water parks within an hour of Luz.

On the first Saturday of each month there is a market just out side Lagos on the 125 road.
Each Saturday there is a farmers market in Lagos near the bue terminal.
Directions
Faro is served by most European air lines. Hire car is recommended but taxies can be arranged if required. It is possible to also travel via Lisbon but you will need to allow 3 hours or more to reach Luz.

Deposit/Booking Notes
A 10% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival at the villa. If bookings are made less then eight weeks in advance then the full amount is due.
A security deposit of €200 is payable on booking. This will be refunded within 3 weeks of the completion of your holiday.
Heating for the pool is extra at €100 per week payable locally to Luz Servicos, in advance.

If you require wood for the fire please arrange with Luz Servicos.
Normal rental weekly:- Saturday to Saturday. Villa to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure. Later departures are possible, please contact Luz Sedrvices to confirm. Other start and finish days are possible please ask but not Sundays.
