Description
Situated in the beachfront area of Praia da Luz, within the pedestrian and resident only access zone, and with village facilities in very easy reach, 'Casa das Redes' is one of four unique and individual residential properties situated within 'Quinta das Redes', which historically was the site of the beachfront tuna cannery.
Tucked away in its own private garden, but just 70m walk to the beach, Casa das Redes is a well appointed and recently (2015) refurbished 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms villa offering excellent accommodation for up to 8 people (+ extra child/baby). The garden is laid mostly to patio, and planted with mature palms and lemon trees offering plenty of space for sunbathing in privacy around the 9.00 x 4.5m heated pool, with adjoining children's paddllng pool (heating included in rental price).
The villa accommodation offers open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, with one bedroom and ensuite wetroom downstairs, and three bedrooms all having ensuite bathroom upstairs. There is an additional separate downstairs wc. Outside, just off the dining room, there is an undercover seating area with large comfy sofa and chairs. At the other side of the patio there is an undercover built in BBQ area with large dining table. To add to the ambiance of outside living, the pool is lit in the evening.
The ground floor of the villa has level access to the outside areas and down to the beachfront and it's facilities, which makes it an ideal villa for families with small children, and those with limited mobility. A car is not necessary for a holiday at this property although there is off street parking for one car and secondary parking just outside the gates in the resident parking and access zone. Wifi, TV with all UK channels and freeview, safe, cot, high chair, stair gate.

Location description
Praia da Luz beach is 70 metres from the doorstep and is just one of many and varied beaches in the area. 8 minutes drive, or by bus is the historic town of Lagos. 20 minutes drive west brings you to Sagres and Cape St Vincent. Locally there are plenty of watersports available, including dolphin safaris.
Directions
The villa is less than an hour's drive from Faro to Luz, along the A22 motorway. Detailed driving directions to the villa will be provided at booking. If you are not hiring a car, we can book local taxi or minibus, or there are many transfer companies available to book online.
