This home is in a residential community and offers the amenities of a LEISURE VACATION. Relax in this little piece of paradise. Come fish or just relax watching Jumping Fishes and Dolphins or Wild Birds from our own back yard!! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a HUGE PRIVATE SOLAR PANELS HEATED POOL 15 x 30, has a spectacular view of a large saltwater canal. There is a 54x42 screened in pool and lanai with a gas grill, 2 tables and 10 garden chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 4 beach chairs. You can access the pool from the master bedroom as well as from the dining room and from the living room. The house is freshly painted and updated. There is FREE High-Speed Internet access, so bring your laptop to stay in touch with home. Both bedrooms are big and comfortable. There is a big living room with a large L-shape leather sectional sofa, 55 HDTV on the wall and also a POOL TABLE and DIGITAL PIANO for your entertainment. Lounge chairs available for sunbathing and relaxing. Enjoy the spectacular canal views from the screened 54 x 42 pool area while you sip a cocktail at the tiki bar by the huge private solar panels heated pool 15x30.
After a day of sight seeing come back and relax watching the incredible sunsets in this little piece of Paradise! The house is situated in a quiet area, but only minutes to downtown. Beautiful Gulf Beaches of Englewood and Venice are less than 30 minutes away.
The price INCLUDES TV, Internet, use of BBQ grill, all utilities. Most places charge extra!

A great place to relax and enjoy Florida vacation

We just finished our two weeks stay and really had a tremendous time. The house and canal were just as advertised. They had everything needed for our vacation. The large solar heated pool provided hours of sun and relaxation. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Everyone we met during our morning walks were excited to share stories about living there. We would definitely go back.

This place is great and Elena and Radi are great hosts. The screened in porch and pool were wonderful, with a great grill, hammock, and comfortable seating. The bed was great and everything was very clean. The little extra amenities like ziplocs, spices, and coffee made our stay just perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. We would definitely come back as this is so much better than any hotel. Actually, when we retire, we would love to have this home, or one just like it.
