Description
Located in the north of the island of Mallorca between Pollensa and Alcúdia, among fragrant pines and holm oaks, is where our villa in Pollensa Can Llamas is located. It is in the well-known area of Marina, very close to the town, only 4 km away. Only a few minutes by car you will find the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Alcudia, Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort, you will have extensive coasts to choose from.
The villa in Pollensa is distributed on two floors:
The ground floor consists of a living room that includes: tv, satellite, internet, wifi, a full bathroom with shower and the kitchen with dining room included - completely equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and washing machine.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms with full bathrooms in each one of them. They have a wardrobe and a safe. The distribution of the beds is of a main room with double bed 180/200 the second room with twin beds of 135/200 and the third room with twin beds of 90/200 long, all with a great view to the garden and pool and windows behind the rest of the garden.
The garden has a nice barbecue with a wood stove a table covered by a pergola for a wonderful shade in the warmer seasons. Enjoy great meals and dinners with firewood provided with compliments of the owner.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and also safe in each. There is a security alarm system throughout the house and the perimeter of the villa.
In the garden there is an exclusive area for the children of the house, a playground with slide and several seesaws to play on, on a carpet of lush grass.

Method of payment
To confirm the booking it is required that a deposit be made, this deposit is the first payment which will be 25% of the total booking cost, which the client will need to pay within 48 hours
by bank transfer or by credit card after availibity conformation.
The remaining 75% of the payment will need to be paid on arrival to the property, in cash or by credit card. The booking will remain confirmed once the payment of 25% be made to the account Can Llamas.
