Description
The house has 3 bedrooms the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, with a double bed, patio doors lead out onto a balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and shares the balcony with the master bedroom and has panoramic sea views. The 3rd bedroom also has twin beds, all bedrooms have ample wardrobe and drawer space. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom share a spacious family bathroom with a large shower.
The groundfloor is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, gas hob, electric oven and washing machine. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people. There is a very comfortable Leather suite of furniture comprising of a three seat sofa, a two seat sofa and an armchair.
A large LCD TV which has satellite channels that show BBC world news and Dubai movies that are in English, there is also a DVD player and a large selection of the latest films.

Location description
Set in an elevated position overlooking the sea with mountains behind. A 15 min drive takes you to the picturesque harbour of Latchi where there are boat trips and hire available as well as other water sports such as diving. The harbour has many restaurants and cafe's where you can sit and watch the world go by. If you enjoy walking there are many walks available close by and on the Akamas peninsula. The border to the north is a short drive away and you can cross for a day trip or an overnight stay.

Lovely Villa
We spent a week in this lovely villa at the end of September this year, the villla was just what we were expecting and more, a home away from home. Perfect for a relaxing break or if you are wanting more then Polis and Latchi are only a short drive away.
The views from the balconies are amazing, and the sunsets too 😁.
There are restaurants in walking distance, one being just a 5 minute walk.
A car is needed if you want to explore the lovely Island of Cyprus, but for us we spent the days relaxing around the pool...just perfect.
Pat the lady that managers the property for the owners is very helpful, and there if needed, not forgetting Chris the pool man who will also give advice and help if needed.
The owners Hilary and Richard are the perfect "hosts", thank you both for letting us share your home in Cyprus
Fab holiday, fab house, fab location !
Returned this week from a wonderfully relaxing two weeks at this villa. We are a family of four with 2 kids aged 8 and 11. Beautiful and clean, well presented and fully equipped - we wanted for absolutely nothing. Communication with the owner pre trip was quick and easy, Pat who manages the property locally was marvellous. Location was wonderful - a very unspoilt part of Cyprus but near enough to great restaurants and supermarkets. Wonderful bakery locally that we visited pretty much daily.
Without question we will be returning to this villa - couldn't be faulted and my expectations are high! Latchi harbour only a 15 minute drive for boat hire. Yannis at the local beach in Argaka (by Santa Barbara tavern) was great with the kids who had windsurfing lessons. One of our best family holidays!
Hilary's Argaka Villa
We have now stayed at Hilary's Villa in Argaka on about 8 different occasions over the past 7 years. It is conveniently placed for excursions by car along the coast and to the Akamas Peninsula which is one of the last unspoilt regions in Cyprus. The Villa itself is located on a quiet residential estate which is is a mix of holiday lets and ex-pats' permanent homes. Being in an elevated position the patio and pool areas enjoy cooling breezes from the sea and even on the hottest days it is possible to sunbathe for extended periods. One of the best features of the house is the separate patio adjacent to the downstairs living quarters and the poolside area, a few steps below. The views across the sea and towards the hills (Paphos Forest) are beautiful and the sunsets remarkable. The small town of Polis is within a 10 minute drive and it abounds with shops and restaurants. There are also 2 or 3 good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The coast road now has a segregated walk way which is lit at night and safe to walk on at all times. The interior of the house is comfortable and the air conditioning and other amenities including the wi-fi all work well. The lady who manages the property locally is extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The fact that we have returned so many times is testimony to our great love of the house and the local area. We are booked again for 2 separate visits in 2017!
