Description
The semi-detached villa has 119 sqm of living space and is 100m from the sea. It is in one of the sunniest and best parts of South Tenerife and has open sea views towards the island of La Gomera.
It offers comfortable, well appointed accommodation over two floors and was fully refurbished in late 2017. There are terraces on both levels with a high walled private garden, can receive unrestricted sunshine all day. Selection of patio furniture, sunloungers and parasols on both levels, large fixed extending blinds on front balcony and terrace outside lounge.
Towels (but not beach towels) and linen included, changed weekly with weekly cleaning. Additional cleaning and linen/towel changes can be arranged.
The complex has a large, filtered seawater swimming pool (heated in winter) surrounded by sunbathing decks, with its own bar/restaurant and supermarket on-site. Pool area sunloungers are hired from the pool attendant.
Cots, high-chairs and additional Z-beds for children can be arranged. Wheelchair users have stayed in the house without problem but there are some internal steps and the house is not specifically adapted for disabled use.
The house and its location are ideal for families with many bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and amusements close by, and the beachfront walk stretches for miles in both directions.
