Casa Rosemont is one of five villas available for rental in Playa Blanca from La Nueva Villa Collection. The villa is located within a peaceful cul-de-sac, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well-equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. Casa Rosemont has a mature private garden surrounded by high walls, heated jacuzzi hot tub and an 8m x 4m pool. Perfect for those who wish to have total privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a covered barbeque dining area compliment the spacious and comfortable villa interior. To the front of the villa is a gated entrance and shaded driveway for off-road parking. We also provide FREE secure Wi-Fi and a comprehensive selection of UK TV channels, books and DVDs for your convenience and entertainment.
Car Hire Not Essential
Perfectly situated in the Costa Papagayo area means a 15-minute stroll takes you to the blue flag Playa Dorada beach and centre of Playa Blanca with its wonderful seafront setting and a myriad of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Its a wonderful place for walkers and cyclists alike. Car hire is not essential so take the opportunity to leave the daily routine behind you and simply relax during your holiday.

Deposit/Booking Notes
A 75.00 per week deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is payable on arrival in Lanzarote. Please note that this villa has a no smoking policy, however there are large external patio/terrace areas for this purpose.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally a Thursday but if this is not convenient, please let us know and we can arrange flexible dates. Entry is 2 p.m. on day of arrival, but it may be possible before that time. Departure is 10 a.m. on day of departure.
