Two minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of northern Crete, close to every amenity needed such as shops, restaurants, nightlife, playgrounds, mini golf, horseback riding, pharmacy, doctor's office, bus stops, taxi station, historic sites, and museums.
Enjoy your relaxation in the private pool of each villa in a beautiful garden full of Cretan trees and herbs that give a unique and sensual fragrance of the Cretan land, or have a romantic diner al fresco in the big veranda next to the pool.
The villas are in the most touristic village of Chania prefecture, Platanias. They are only 3 minutes walking distance away from a sandy beach which is unfolded in an extent of many kilometers and in which the visitor enjoys moments of relaxation in isolated beaches, moments of adventure with water sports in the well-organized beaches or moments of frantic amusement in innumerable beach bars.
The village of Platanias, which in combination with its preferential place in the prefecture and the splendid beaches, is classified as one of the most touristic parts of Greece and you can find all services needed. Here you will find banks and ATM machines, post office doctor’s office, drugstores, super markets, commercial shops and shops with touristic types and souvenirs, a lot of playground areas and mini golf, restaurants, cafeterias, bars, clubs, as well as live music scenes. There is also regular transportation urban and long distance, taxi and a lot of tourist offices and motorbike and car rental offices.
Also from a lot of points of the village, you can take the graphic mobile trains that make near and distant trips in beautiful locations and traditional villages outside the region of Platanias.
Souda which is the commercial harbor of Chania abstains only 30 minutes and the airport of Chania 45 minutes.
On the ground floor (55m˛) of each villa you will have a fully equipped luxury kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven and ceramic plateau, microwave oven, multi coffee maker, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, air condition and independent heating system for the winter.
In the living room you can enjoy watching the satellite LCD TV. DVD, audio stereo system, as well as the fire place during the cold winter days. You can relax on the beautiful sofa with a lovely view to the veranda, the swimming pool and the garden of the house.
You will have special relaxation moments in the bedroom with its king size bed, the romantic bed cloths and the sensual candle lighting reflecting on the stone walls. Also in the bedroom there is a TV set and a stereo system.
In the sun bright bathroom you can relax in the jacuzzi bathtub and considering your personal needs we have at your disposal hair dryer, a personal treatment kit, towels, bathrobes and slippers.
As you walk up the stairs from the living room, you get to the attic(13m˛) of the house with its bedroom, which can be changed from a king size bed to two single beds, according to your needs and always having as a result your comfort. From this beautiful room of the villa, you feel so close to the natural materials with which both villas were built, such as the big logs made of cypress woods that hold the roof. You can also have a wonderful look at the garden the swimming pool and the veranda from the window next to your bed. As you walk out the door you come to the big balcony(25m˛) from where you can enjoy the wonderful view from above and also sunbathing.
The swimming pool(25m˛) of each villa is right in front, into its cool tree planted garden(200m˛) with comfortable sun beds. There you also have an outside shower.Between the two villas a group of trees has been planted so you can enjoy the natural discreet privacy of the house you have chosen.
From the living room walking down the stairs you come to the basement(35m˛) of the house, where you can use the washing machine, the drier, the ironing board and iron whenever it’s needed in a little room especially formed.
There is also a luxurious W.C with hydro massage shower, hair dryer and towels.
You will also have the possibility of using an area of 30m2 of the basement according to your needs and after informing us, as:
*A children’s playground with interests of occupation for our little guests.
*Business facilities such as PC, internet access, printer, fax.

Deposit/Booking Notes
A payment of 30% of the total amount is requested to secure the booking. If a cancellation is requested by the guest 24 hours after the booking has been confirmed,
we do not refund any amount. If however we have to cancel the booking on our responsibility, we
refund the whole amount charged. Also a 300euros security deposit will be required upon arrival.
The security deposit of 300euros will be returned to the tenant, less any deductions in
accordance with the conditions listed above.
• Cancellations due to Covid-19 or any pandemic or wars or any natural disaster: We are flexible on moving confirmed
bookings to new dates only once, according to availability, within the year of the booking
as we understand how problematic the situation can be.
• The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number on the booking
confirmation.
The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other
contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the
commencement of the letting and will make good (or arrange with us to make good) any
damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.
• Unless otherwise stated, the rental of the property includes, rates, insurance of the
property and electricity. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets
and adequate cleaning equipment, linen and towels (not to be used as beach towels
please!).
• Holiday lettings are by the week (unless by prior arrangement) from 3pm on the
date of arrival to latest by 11am on the date of departure.
