Description
Villa Re'an is located at the top of a small quiet cul de sac in the sought after village of Peyia. It is equipped to very high standard including private pool, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, internet access, TV etc.
The spacious living rooms provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people with 3 large sofas. TV, free Internet access, DVD and Stereo are provided
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and ample supply of kitchen utensils and crockery including non breakable items for outside use. A water cooler is also provided.
The dining room will comfortably cater for 6 people.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and features a large Queen size bed with large amount of storage space. Air conditioning and ceiling fans will ensure comfortable sleeping. Patio doors open up onto the veranda / swimming pool area. An en-suite with shower compliments this room.
Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms and family bathroom with bath and over head shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and patio windows that open onto the upstairs balcony with views across to Coral Bay and Paphos. A great place to enjoy the evening sunsets with a glass of wine.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and overlooks the fields and hills to the rear of the villa.
The outside features a large dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 2 easy chairs. There are a further 2 sun loungers and 2 chairs and small table on the upstairs balcony.
The swimming pool is 10m x 4m with Roman Steps access in shallow end. There is also an outside shower.
The village center is just a few minutes walk away, here you will find a full range of amenities including supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, banks, traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bars & restaurants.

Location description

Peyia
The village centre is just a few minutes walk away, here you will find a full range of amenities including supermarket, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, pharmacy, banks, traditional tavernas, coffee shops, bars & restaurants.
Coral Bay
Coral Bay is just 5 minutes drive away, with its beautiful Blue Flag beach. Here you will also find a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The beautiful Akamas Nature Reserve is just 15 minutes drive. Explore the miles of deserted sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue sea, visit the turtle sanctuary and walk through the miles of forests trails.
Paphos
Paphos town is 15 minutes drive; here you will find a wide range of shops, archaeological sites such as the famous Mosaics, Tomb of the Kings and the Pillar of St Paul. Further a field you can drive up into the Troodos Mountains and take in the spectacular scenery and explore the many traditional Cypriot villages.
Travel:
The nearest airport is Paphos airport which is approx 30 minutes drive. Larnaca is approx 1.5 hours drive. Car hire is an advantage to explore further afield such as the Akamas National Park, Polis, Latchi and the Troodos Mountains. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English.There is an excellent local bus service running from Peyia to Coral Bay, where you can catch buses to almost anywhere in the Paphos district i.e Water Parks, Paphos Harbour & Water Front, New Kings Avenue Shopping Centre and Paphos old town market area.
Distances:
Akamas Peninsula which is an unspoilt area ideal for wildlife enthusiasts (you will find spectacular views on route) is 15 minutes drive. Kato Paphos Town which has a wide variety of shops, numerous restaurants etc and Paphos Harbour and famous intricate Roman Mosaics are 20 minutes drive, Paphos market is 20 minutes drive.
The historical Tomb of the Kings, archaeological site, is 15 minutes drive.
