    Deposit/Booking Notes

    For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.

    To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of £200 pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage.

    The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by bank transfer/bank deposit or Pay Pal, (if choosing P.Pal client must also cover relevant P.Pal receiving charges).

    Extra charge for 7th person, if applicable.

    Check in times are 16.00 hours and check out time is 10.00 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.

    Should winter bookings be required during Nov-Mar an additional £50GB pw is applicable for central heating.
