    Description

    Arriving at Las Pińas, you park just outside, walk across a small garden with a giant Pine tree, and enter a charming, clean and bright house set in beautiful surroundings. Las Pińas is partly joined on each side to another house. The main body of the house is linked to the next house but the covered terrace facing lawns and entrance area in front is not.

    The house has individual Internet connection and WIFI with a secure password. There is also satellite TV. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the house is furnished and maintained to make guests very comfortable.

    A Catalan gourmet supermarket is about 3-min drive towards Pals old town. A good international supermarket with huge choice of fresh fruit and veg is 5-min walk from the villa.

    Wide double French doors open from the living area to the covered terrace and garden. The terrace has more dining and lounging furniture and faces our small hedged private garden with palm tree. This garden is illuminated at night and has a secure gate. You walk down the large landscaped lawns to two large pools – one for adults and another for little kids. Close to the pools is an outdoor shower, useful for washing off beach sand.

    Inside the house, upstairs there are three bedroom and two bathrooms. You will arrive to find all beds are well prepared for you with lots of clean soft fluffy pillows. At night lamps give a good warm light and you will be comfortable.

    Stay more than a week and every 7 days there will be a change of your sheets and towels, along with a clean. All rooms have wide windows opening to pleasant views – two of the bed rooms have Juliet balconies with French doors. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the master bedroom is also air conditioned. Behind the curtains are black-out roller blinds for late morning sleepers. All windows in the house have optional insect screens. Both bathrooms have a bath with shower over-head.

    The huge crystal clear circular pool is very under-used. There is a toddlers pool. The pools is shared by 26 two and three bedroom houses and are very under-used. Many of the other houses are only used by owners when on holiday. Many of our guests spend most of their time in the garden and pools. Or walk easily to the beach, bars, restaurants, boutiques and many sporting activities without having to worry about finding parking there. Playa de Pals Golf has a particularly attractive course and clubhouse. The Tennis Club is very close and welcomes visitors.
