    Description

    Luxury Villa, with magnificent garden and terraces with pool and shower located in one of the best positions in Orba with views over the citrus fruits surrounded by the mountains looking out to sea. Party around the pool or BBQ, plenty of testimonials, see for yourself how beautiful this villa is. The area has so much to see and do with fantastic beaches, restaurants, historical, mountains, theme and water parks, castle and golf.

    The Villa is located on the highly desirable L'Aspre urbanization in Orbeta. We purchased this Villa in 1999 and carried out extensive improvements year on year. The Villa was one of the original Villas built on this hillside in a fantastic location to enjoy the amazing views over the Valley. It stands on a large corner plot with extensive outside space with many terraces and mature trees.

    It is next to the Jalon valley which produces local wine, the roads around are exceptional with fantastic drives and views of mountain gorges and the coastline, banks, supermarket, heath centre, bars, restaurants are all in the village. For alternative nightlife, you could travel to Benidorm, approx 30 mins or travel to Valencia (history, museums, nightlife etc).

    Orba is a lovely working Village with charactor great restaurants, you can eat tapas to international cuisine, there's even a Michelin star restaurant in amongst the orange groves. The area around this region has everything with miles of beaches and mountain drives with eagle nest bars to water and theme parks and nightly entertainment. It's also the shortest route from the mainland to the Baleric islands.

    For a truly thrilling and fun experience you cant miss a trip to Terramitica near Benidorm. This is a theme park at its best, with some of the most daring rides in Europe. But you dont have to enjoy roller coasters and vertical drops to have fun at Terramitica. There are over 35 shows every day, including a circus, myths and legends of the Mediterranean and pirates. There are plenty of shops and restaurants ,

    Coast/Beach
    Beaches are at Denia, 20 minutes drive. The beaches of Moraira, Javea, Vergel, Oliva and Gandia are about 30 minutes drive. Benidorm 40 minutes drive.

    Distances
    Orba village is 10 mins walk. Denia 20 and Javea 30 mins drive. A beautiful drive through the Jalon valley over the mountains to the Algar Waterfalls and Guadalest makes for an interesting day out. 20 mins drive to Vergel Safari Park is recommended for families. An exciting day out for all ages is 40 mins drive to Benidorm visiting 'Terra Mitica' Adventure Theme Park, 'Mundomar' Dolphin/Seal Show, 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park and 'Terra Natura', Animal Theme Park.

    Golf
    La Sella (Denia) is an excellent course, exceptionally beautiful, secluded and peaceful 18 hole golf course. Club Olivia 18 hole course 20 mins away. Calpe and Javea, both about 30 mins away.

    The nearest airports are Alicante and Valancia, both a little approx 1 hour from the villa, via A7 motorway.

    Deposit/Booking Notes

    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 250 is required with the balance payment. This deposit will be returned upon receipt of the keys and a report of no damage to the property All bookings are done on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. The villa is available from 3.30pm and on departure vacated by no later than 10.30am, unless other special arrangements have been made.
