Description
Villa Suzie has 5 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed with ensuite, there is also a safe in this bedroom. Another with a large double and one more with 2 singles these 2 have the use of a large family bathroom, all on the first floor. On the top floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one sleeps 4 and the other sleeps 2 all with single beds plus a toilet and shower room. There is a travel cot for babies and toddlers, which can be moved if necessary, plus a small childrens bed, sleeping 12 adults, plus 2/3 children in total. There are another 2 shower rooms with toilets, one on the ground floor and one in the games room 🎲🧩
There are stair gates on every floor to stop the little ones going up or down.
The kitchen is fitted with with a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker plus hob, water cooler, microwave, orange juicer ( to make delicious fresh orange drinks ), toaster, kettle, plus plenty of plates, glasses, beakers and cooking utensils. 🍝
There is a large lounge and dining room with a flat screen TV with plenty of channels, free WIFI, DVD, and a play station. Music stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers on the terrace to play while you sunbathe, swim or just chill out with a glass or 2 🥂
Patio doors from lounge/dining room lead onto the terrace where there is a large marble table with rattan seating for 8 plus another table which seats 6. Under the covered terrace are two large cushioned benches to relax on out of the sun. At the end of the garden is a comfortable Turkish seating/lounging area where you can read or just grab 40 winks. There is also a BBQ to cook your favourite kebabs, steaks, chicken, veg etc.
The pool is 8 metres by 4 with large non slip steps at one end and a ladder at the deep end. In the corner is a shallow childrens pool so they can splash about in safety, or the adults can sit with a cooling drink 🍹 There are plenty of sun beds to lounge on ( no need to reserve your spot ) and some parasols to protect you from the hot summer sun.
Last but not least is the games room where we have had hours of fun and competitions playing pool, table tennis and table football.
All rooms have air conditioning.

Location description
Thanks to never-ending blue-green waves, the Turquoise Coast is the prettiest part of Turkeys Mediterranean shoreline. And nowhere is this more so than at the Blue Lagoon in Olu Deniz. This UNESCO world heritage site is pure paradise. The Villa is in a great location, peaceful during the day but within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. Fantastic views of Mount Babadag where you can go Paragliding. You can also go up by cable car or taxi to the top of the mountain where there are restaurants with amazing views and watch the gliders jump off the top to land on the beach below. At the bottom of our road you can catch the local bus to Fethiye where there is a marina and promenade full of boats to take you out for the day sightseeing. Or if you take the bus in the other direction it will take you down to the lovely beach and Blue Lagoon..
Other activities
There is plenty to do locally, water sports, horse riding, jeep safaris, para gliding, boat trips.
Local events
In October they hold the world para gliding competition from the top of Mount Babadag. Gliders come from all over the world to compete, its a fantastic sight to see as many as 20/30 flyers up at the same time
Tourist attractions
The local Blue Lagoon is directly behind the main beach, ideal for children with its gentle sand beach, its in a conservation area so no hotels, but with beachside restaurants. Plenty of trips to historic sights, and very local is the village of Kayakoy ( ghost town ) so called as its set on a hillside and is mostly deserted as the Greeks were deported back to Greece in 1923 and the Turks would not live there. They have started to renovate some of the properties into restaurants and a few in the valley have swimming pools as well.

Fly to Dalaman airport, then we can arrange private taxi or minibus to the villa which is only 1 hour maximum away.

Family stay at Villa Suzie
The villa is in a great location. A quiet area but still only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Only 10 mins from either Oludeniz beach, Fethiye market or the nightlife of Hisaronu.
The villa itself is spacious and has facilities for cooking, dining as a family inside or out and for play in the brilliant games room. A god send when it's so hot outside and the kids (and adults) can be in the basement enjoying a game of pool or table tennis.
The swimming pool was brilliant. A great size and perfect for our 5 children. They would have stayed in all day if we didn't have trips planned!
The communications from both Sue and Karen were quick and helpful. Giving lots of advice about the area and offering to sort transfers and excursions.
The jeep safari is wet and wild, the aqua park is only a short walk away and the cable cars up to the top of Babadag mountain for sunset was epic.
Overall very good value for money and definately somewhere I would go to again.
Wonderful Villa
We stayed as a family of 5.
The villa is perfect for all ages. It is hidden away from the main streets so is quiet and not overlooked but close enough to get to pubs and restaurants.
The main strip of Oludeniz is a 5 cab fare away with a button to call them at the top of the lane.
The villa is huge, plenty of space and the photos do not do it justice.
All bedrooms have air conditioning which is a godsend!
The pool is immaculate and fantastic, cleaned every day.
Villa was also very clean.
We have stayed in many villas for our family holidays but this one was top of the list.
Cleanliness, position, space, pool, helpfulness from owners and contacts in Turkey.
Thank you for a great holiday, we shall we definitely be recommending Villa Suzie and hope to return one day ourselves.
Just beautiful and peaceful
As a family of 8 we have just returned from 10 days at Villa Suzie. This is our second visit to the z villa had we loved it so much.
The villa is very spacious inside and out. Having teenagers in the group the games room was brilliant. This villa provides everything that you need, it really is a home for home.
Location wise it was so peaceful with great views of the mountains. Local shops and restaurants within a short 5 minute walk.
We were able to book our trips via Karen including transfers which made life easy

Deposit/Booking Notes
The minimum rental is a week but I will do 10 or 11 day breaks, plus of course 2 or 3 week breaks
To secure the villa for the dates you require a 25% deposit is required. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card this can be done via PayPal through my email address.
After I receive your deposit I will send you a confirmation letter.
The balance of your holiday payment is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
The rental period is from 15.00 hrs on your arrival day to 10/11am on the departure day to allow for cleaning. However if you do have a late departure flight and nobody is due to arrive that day you may stay on at the villa until its time to leave for the airport.
Nearer the time of your holiday a 250 damage deposit is required, if everything is ok after your departure this will be returned in full.
24hr English speaking assistance if needed whilst on holiday.
