Villa Sole is a new, modern villa in a small Istrian village near Novigrad.
Spacious living room, super equipped kitchen, one en-suite bedroom and toilet are located on the ground floor while on the first floor there are 3 more luxuriously arranged en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is connected to the outdoor terrace which offers a fantastic view of the Istrian landscape. Use it for your first morning coffee in peace with the chirping of birds.
The villa is located on a plot of 900mq, on the surface of which there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The plot is fenced so that you can enjoy in peace the company of your pet who is welcome in our Villa Sole.
The villa is fully air conditioned. There are also 2 parking spaces on the plot.
Up to 2 pets, short and medium height, are allowed.
Nearby there is a top winemaker where you can taste Istrian Teran or Malvasia, while the Aquapark Istralandija is only 5 minutes away by car.
The town of Brtonigla with all the necessary facilities is located only 1km from the villa, while the nearest beach Dajla is 8km away.

Location description
It is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, situated on a hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Brtonigla offers a slightly different holiday, full of tradition that begins in the vineyard, continues in the cellars, and ends in abundance on the table. Hectares of vineyards and olive groves are surrounded by paths that lead to meadows and forests, deep into the center of nature, which lives far from the crowds of modern civilization.
