Description
Rennie is a beautiful villa located 4/5 mins from the beach at Mt Irvine. It is located in a quiet residential street and offers all refinements of high quality accommodation that you would expect.
There are 4 en-suite bedrooms each wit air conditioning and cable tv.
The sitting room will easily seat all 8 and the dining table has a foll compliment of 8 chairs. A full music system is provided with cd changer, tape deck and huge speakers of 125w per channel. A large tv is also provided linked to a dvd player. The laundry also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped witha side by side refigerator/freezer that dispensed chilled wate, ice cubes and crushed ice.
From the sitting room you emerge onto the sun deck where seating, a sun parasol, table and chairs are located. 8 sun loungers with cushions are also provided. Beach towels are also available. This area overlooks the pool and surrounding lower deck.
A purpose built barbecue is located to one side of this area. Our gardener vists to keep the area looking pristeen, please help yourself to the propical fruits that may be in season such as mango, paw paw, grapefruit and limes.
The car post will accomodate 2 vehicle to keep them out of the sun. Car hire can be arranged a competitive rates. My manager will be available to help with any queries and will usualy arrange to meet your flight.
Maid service is included 6 days a week and she will be happy to negotiate a rate for babysitting and cooking. You will not be dissapointed in your stay and we have may visitors that have returned for many years.
