With a private 8 x 5m kidney-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, sun and shade terraces plus far reaching valley views, our non-smoking villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday or romantic break.

Location description
Nestled in a pretty bay on the south-east coast of Spain, the small resort town of Moraira is an oasis of traditional charm on the busy Costa Blanca, a favoured family holiday spot and retirement haven.
Moraira has grown from a small fishing village into an attractive resort surrounded by luxury villas without losing its Spanish character, which is entrenched in its impressive marina, chic shops, colourful weekly market, atmospheric old town, and waterfront restaurants and bars
There are numerous bars and restaurants in town plus a range of shops and supermarkets for all your day-to-day needs. A vibrant market takes place every Friday selling fresh fruit and vegetables plus a whole manner of other goods.
Other activities
The countryside around Moraira offers some lovely scenery dotted with unspoilt villages to explore. The relaxed traditional ambience of Moraira is accompanied by two main beaches with Blue Flag status. There are also plenty of sport and leisure facilities on offer.
A pleasant 20 - 25 minute costal drive takes you to the busier, seaside town of Calpe, home of the famous rock of Ifach - symbol of the Costa Blanca. Just 20 minutes further south brings you to the picturesque town of Altea with its imposing Basilica.
Javea 20 minutes to the north of the villa has an excellent family beach plus traditional old town and fishing port. The larger Spanish town of Denia reached via the Montgo Mountain Nature Park boasts an impressive Castle and busy port where you can catch a ferry to Ibiza.
Local events
Throughout the year there are several fiestas and musical events; if you are fortunate enough to visit Moraira in June, you can experience the famous Moors & Christians Fiesta with colourful street parades, a battle re-enactment and spectacular firework displays.
Tourist attractions
The exciting theme parks and other entertainments offered by Benidorm are less than an hour's drive away to the south of the villa.
Directions
Flying to the Costa Blanca couldn't be easier! With Moraira being located roughly mid-way between the airports of Alicante (approx. 75mins) and Valencia (approx. 90mins) you have extra choice. Both airports service major airlines plus budget carriers including Ryanair, EasyJet, BMI Baby and Monarch.
Though not essential, car hire will allow you to fully explore and enjoy all this beautiful part of Spain has to offer.

An amazing holiday
We had an amazing holiday, your villa is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed many lazy afternoons by the pool, bbq’s and could walk into Moraira in the evenings within 25 minutes. We also found it easy to get a taxi back! The villa was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, we very much appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms and the view across the valley was spectacular. It was also very quiet and peaceful, we will definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

A fabulous villa in a great location...
Just returned from a glorious two weeks at this fantastic villa. From our arrival to departure we couldn’t fault the villa or its surroundings. From the glorious views from the terraces to the most amazing views from the dining room, the villa was exactly what we were looking for, for a relaxing two weeks in the sun. Only a short distance from Moraira and with a wonderful GastroBar even closer, the Villa provided the perfect base to explore this beautiful part of Spain. The pool provided the perfect opportunity to cool down as the temperature climbed and the aircon at night ensured we were well rested and relaxed. A fabulous villa in a great location – we’ll definitely be coming back!

Wonderful area, beautiful villa...
From the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. Flexible on access time to the villa was a real bonus to us. The villa itself is really well appointed and spotlessly clean. Furnishings are good and home comforts were all available. Excellent music system just added to our enjoyment.
The beautiful pool and gardens were fabulous. Gorgeous views and really peaceful environment a real slice of Spanish tranquility. Proximity to Moraira was excellent and access to the wider region for exploring some wonderful towns and views.

Tres belle maison
Belle piscine, belle terrasse, chambles completes, la principale avec salle de bain et climatisation. Il a fait très chaud et c’est agréable le soir avoir la chambre réfrigéré. La cuisine très bien et avec tout ce qu’il faut.par contre il faut prendre une cafetière. En voiture à 5minutes de la plage.

Stunning Views
Villa had everything we needed and more. located in a peaceful location with stunning views The design of the villa was spacious and had private secure parking with large outdoor areas including a very large pool. had plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas for the hot days, Great barbecue area large rooms with all the amenities clean and nicely furnished with some great features, its a short drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants bars and supermarkets. We highly recommend it and would definitely return we also found the owners very friendly and helpful.

Lovely House
A lovely house, spacious, clean and well equipped. I feels like staying with friends. A few minute drive to Moraira's large beach Ampolla. It has a large and nice pool, which is taken care of by the poolboy. Wonderful views from the 4(!) terraces. Towels, poolchairs, airco and fans, a big kitchen, wash machine and dishwasher: we had a wonderful week in lovely Moraira and this house and will definitely come back. (more...)

Lovely Villa
A You can tell that care has been taken in the layout and the furnishings of the villa - it's a real home from home. Views are spectacular but at the same time the villa feels very private. Villa was lovely and clean on arrival, facilities were as advertised - it had everything we needed. I would LOVE to own a villa like this one.

Fabulous Villa
A beautiful Villa and very well equipped with everything you need. We had to call Alex as our safe stopped working, a very prompt and efficient service, arriving within 20 minutes to fix the problem (only a battery). Although there was only 2 of us the villa has plenty of space for 6 people. The pool was wonderful and always a shaded spot if you didn't constantly want to be in the sun and an added bonus of inflatables in the utility room. Lovely areas to sit and have a coffee in the morning and a drink or two in the evening. The stereo system was a great addition, plugged our I-pods in and could listen outside to our music without annoying anyone, as the speakers are tucked away in the roof space. Bar 21 (about a 15 minute walk) is a great bar and the tapas is brilliant. We called a taxi (number on the villa info folder) for a night out in the town, they were prompt, courteous and cost 7 euro. Moraira is a lovely place to sit, eat, drink and watch the world go by. We would definitely recommend this villa and Moraira.

Deposit/Booking Notes
Prices are for the sole use of our villa for a maximum of six family members or a sharing couple only and includes reasonable use of electricity, oil, water and air-conditioning plus free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. General linen and towels are provided (including pool towels). A standard end of holiday clean and linen supplement will be charged by our local management company (125€ - one sharing couple, 150€ - a family group of four, 175€ - a family group of 5 or 6). A mid-holiday villa clean and linen change plus cot and high chair hire (at 25€ per item) can be provided - please request on booking.
A non-refundable 10€ per person (not infants under 12 months) “Breakages, Loss and Damage” fee will also be added by our local management company to cover accidental damage that may occur during your holiday, up to the value of 300€ (wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this).
Changeover Days
Saturday is the preferred changeover day with the villa being available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure (we can sometimes be flexible with mid-week bookings enabling you to take advantage of cheaper flights).
Book and Pay with Confidence
On receiving your booking enquiry we'll email to confirm price and availability and answer any questions you may have. Choose to book our villa and our Moraira-based Management Company (Moraira & Javea Villa Rentals) will professionally handle your booking and be your point of contact while in Moraira. They are also able to take deposit and balance payments by bank transfer or debit/credit card (please ask for details).
Booking / Cancellation Policy
An initial payment of 20% is payable once your booking has been confirmed with the balance due eight weeks before the start date or immediately if sooner. The initial deposit is held by our local management company until the balance payment is made. Access to the property will not be permitted if payment has not been made in full. As is normal in Spain, your Passport details will be registered with the local police, any unregistered guests at our villa will not be permitted and may result in your holiday being cancelled immediately without refund.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled for whatever reason by us (the Owners), the initial payment will be refunded. If a confirmed booking is cancelled by you (the Guest), the initial payment will be retained. Cancellation after full payment has been made will result in the full payment being retained.
Guests are expected to follow government advice prior to booking and travel and to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any losses. Please contact us for current Covid cancellation terms where applicable.
