Description
Located in Le Marche, in the commune of Monte San Martino, Casa Lola is a 6 bedroom house, with 4 bathrooms and 2 x WC downstairs.
Designed for families as well as groups of friends it is baby and child-friendly with excellent facilities offered.
It sleeps 12 and 2 x babies in cots
On the top floor (2nd floor) there is a double and a twin bedroom, with an adjoining shower-room. On the 1st floor there is a very large master double bedroom en-suite and 1 twin with a big family bathroom. In the other upper part of the house there is a double, a twin and bathroom.
The ground floor houses a generous kitchen and 2 sitting / living rooms.
The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, 55' Smart TV, DVD player CD player, ipod docks 6 (please bring your own music) 2 cots and a camp bed. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious & is located in the new part of the building.
Outside there is a large wisteria covered pergola, table, chairs and a big umbrella to keep the sun at bay. You can lie under the fig trees if it gets too hot.
A brand new 10 x 5 metre south facing swimming pool is located just below the house, with spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding rolling hills. It also has a large terracotta terrace with deluxe French pool-side furniture.
This is a perfect house for families and adults alike, being located away from the road (which is very quiet) and in a wonderfully rural location.
The 360 degree views from the house are amazing with distant sea views to the East and the magnificent Sibillini mountains to the West. Le Marche is a fabulously beautiful place, whatever the weather.
Finally for those games-loving children and adults, we have Casa Pollo (200 metres from the house) which was originally a working farm building. It houses ping pong and table football and a huge trampoline as well as plenty of fun things for small children to do such as an art corner; a great bolt-hole if the weather is too hot or wet.
