    Description

    The villa is situated on a level, elevated plot on the edge of Camposol housing development with extensive mountain views to the north and east. Large gardens to the south and west offer ample scope for sun bathing and the fantastic terrace surrounds one of the largest private pools on the development. Accommodation is ample with options for cooking and dining inside or out.

    Numero Uno is within convenient walking distance (5-10 minutes) to the Golf Club and its restaurant, open to non-members; and within easy drive of the coast or mountains. The drive to the coast, about 15 minutes, is along easily negotiated dual carriageway and simple roads while the scenic lanes of the Sierra Espua National Park to the north, need a little more care. The two commercial complexes of the development are within walking distance, of about half and three quarter of an hour respectively and offer a range of bars, restaurants, ATM, shops, post office and general commercial businesses. There is an infrequent bus service to the town 10km away and thence to the coast but realistically a car is essential for this rental.

    The Villa is a newly completed build with separate dining room and sitting room; three double bedrooms one of which is en-suite shower; the other two served by a family bathroom. Mattresses are of orthopeadic quality, bedding changed weekly for longer bookings. Household towels are provided but please use your own beach towels. Provision for a baby is made with travel cot and requisite bedding, high chair and basic equipment - dishes, cups etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all general household equipment, including ironing board and iron. In clement weather there is a basic barbecue available for outside cooking.

    Externally, there is off-road parking for a couple of cars to the front of the property, while to the rear landscaping is newly planted shrubs surrounding the pool. There is a solarium overlooking the pool with glorious views to the mountains.

    A laptop is provided for visitors use, with 3MB internet connection which is sufficient for most needs and can be used for television and film streaming as well as internet browsing and checking emails etc.

    Plenty of English language books, DVDs, music and various games can provide in-house entertainment. A set of golf clubs with trolley is available for your enjoyment, saving the expense of hiring at the Golf Club.

    Location description

    In the region of the Costa Clida, where year round sun welcomes the holidaymaker, is the ancient mining town of Mazarrn, on the outskirts of which is the residential development of Camposol. The development offers a full range of bars and restaurants, shopping facilities as well as gym complex and golf club. The seaside towns of Puerto de Mazarrn and Bolnuevo are a 15 minute drive from Camposol.

    Directions

    Arriving by car, the RM3 passes through Camposol, joining the A7 and AP7.

    Flying to the region, both Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports are well serviced by all the major budget airlines including Aer Lingus, Blue Air, British Airways, Easyjet, Jet2, JetAirFly, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Flybe, Ryanair and many others, so theres plenty to choose from depending upon your starting point. Journey time from San Javier (Murcia) to Camposol is approximately 50 minutes; while journey time from Alicante is approximatey 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Car hire or taxi is easy to arrange at either airport but must be pre-booked. By early 2019 the new airport at Covera is scheduled to open. The journey time from there is about 15 minutes.

    The nearest rail station is at Totana, about 16km distant. Other major towns in the vicinity are Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca.
