Description
This new, north facing two bedroom, beachfront house is located right on Maenam Beach, on the north coast of Koh Samui. It is of a modern L-shaped design with a total area of 86 square metres with every room commanding amazing views across the ocean to neighboring Koh Phangnan.
Bedroom 1 (14.5 SqM.) has a Queen size bed, bed side tables & lighting, wardrobe, arm chair and a large picture window with a view second to none. There is a modern ensuite bathroom (5.5 SqM.), with rain shower.
Bedroom 2 (14.5SqM) has two single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double, which also face a large picture window with the same stunning views. There is also adequate wardrobe space, bed side table & lighting and arm chair.
The open plan living / dining / kitchen area (28SqM.), has two double sofas, which face the large glass doors, looking out over the patio to the same amazing views. There is also a flat screen TV with international channels and sound system, just in case you should get bored with the view. The kitchen is self contained with all the appliances you may require, including a large fridge, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cutlery, crockery & glassware. There is also a dining and chairs for four persons. The whole house is air conditioned, but should you prefer all the windows open so that you can enjoy the wonderful fresh sea breeze. There is also a guest bathroom (5SqM.)accessed from the living area.
Out on the large balcony (18.5SqM.) there is another dining table so you can eat breakfast watching the sun rise, soak up the sun during the day or enjoy watching the spectacular sunset with your favorite cocktail.
Just four steps down from the patio and you are on the sands of Maenam Beach, just a few more steps and you are in the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand and all the enjoyment that has to offer. Kiteboarding, sailing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing and Thai massage are all available within just a matter of a short walk, as are a host of terrific restaurants and bars, serving Thai food, seafood and other cuisines from around the world. Just 5 minutes walk away is Maenam village, which has shops and restaurants of all types, with convenience stores open 24 hours.
The house will be cleaned for you every 4 days with a change of towels. A small welcome pack will be provided consisting of drinking water, soft drinks & some fruit.
There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house and immediate surrounding area.

Location description
Maenam, although one of the main tourist areas of Koh Samui, has remained very quiet and still has retained it's old world charm. However there are still all the modern day amenities that we require in this day & age. The beach is wonderful, never crowded & always good for swimming and rock free.
A 5 minute walk takes you to the ring road where buses, taxis & motorbike taxis can always be found. Other parts of Samui are easily accessible by taxi, Bophut & Fisherman's Village (10 minutes), Chaweng Beach (15 minutes) and Lamai (30 minutes).

Directions
Coming from Koh Samui Airport, As you approach Maenam, look out for Dan Auto on your right and then just a little further on, Maenam Soi 1 on your left (there is a Family Mart on the corner), start indicating right as soon as you see it. Proceed another 40 metres and you will cross a bridge over a river. Immediately after the bridge there is a right turn with an illuminated yellow sign for “The Bridge” restaurant, this is not a concrete road, it is a dirt track. If you pass the Police station, you have gone too far, so turn round and follow the directions below. Take this right turning and follow the track alongside the river until you can see the Bridge restaurant. To your left you will then see that there is a track to the left which is signposted to Nature Bar and also Zenzibar, follow this track past Nature Bar restaurant and you will then see a steel footbridge and the rear of The Moonrakers houses to your right. You have arrived.
