    Description

    Approaching the villa you are met by double iron security gates and a drive way of some 65 metres. Casa da Oliveira (house of olives) is a modern villa of 220 square metres, built in 1999/2000 with brick/concrete and glass to encompass new open plan ideas and age old comfortable living. It is set in its own grounds (some landscaped and others with natural Algavian wild plants) of 3 acres plus but with visual control (east south and west directions) of the entire hillside and views to the sea. It has a large infinity swimming pool plus a jacuzzi close to the house, like a wrap around. Conveniently located away from the house is a full size artificial grass tennis court, also with great views descibed by visitors as probably the best views from a tennis court anywhere!

    Inside it has spacious living area of lounge/snug (with wood burner) and dining room, separated by an garden artrium and glass corridor. The kitchen (adjoining the dining area) and utility room have all the necessary/expected facilities and equipment and some more.

    Upstairs there are three good size double bedrooms and a study. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite bath/shower room and all bedrooms lead onto an outside terrances. Bedrooms (east facing for coolness) are equipped with good wardrobe/cupboard space and each has an air conditioner for the hot summers. Also up a small staircase from the upstairs corridor there is a small roof terrace with great southerly views, ideal for sundowners & chilling after an arduous day in the sun.

    There is an integrated double garage but not for renting as we store our personal items there during the summer months. However there is a double carport and a very large turning circle for vehicles.
