Description
The villa was renovated in 2021 with new windows with mosquito nets, doors, upgraded electrics, plumbing, extension, ´En Suite´ and a new pool with LED coloured lighting. Its like home from home!
You will find a large private parking area for up to 3 cars and a large garden with Astro Turf, Shingle, football goal and giant outdoor games for the whole family to enjoy. For you golfers out there, you can practice your golf in the home made bunker and putting green.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and everything else you need for cooking and eating.
There is also a first aid kit, fire blanket in the kitchen and smoke detectors in the villa.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms, an ´En Suite´ and a family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a high powered remote ceiling fan, double wardrobe, large chest of draws, bedside cabinets, lamps and a comfortable double bed. There is a new large ´En Suite´ just from the master bedroom, with a walk-in shower, toilet and large Sink unit.
The second and third bedrooms both have high powered remote ceiling fans, two single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws, lamp and bedside cabinets.
The family bathroom consists of a full bath, shower (inside the bath) toilet and a sink unit.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM
The living room has an AC Unit, high powered remote ceiling fan, two 3 seater sofas, coffee table, unit, TV, DVD, rug, and a large mirror.
The dining room has a large table and chairs to seat 6 people and a corner unit.
TERRACE
Coming from the kitchen you will find a large terrace where you can sit and relax on the wicker chairs and watch the sun rise, sun set or even eat at the large 6 seater table at the other end of the terrace. There is a large fridge freezer to keep all those drinks nice and cold!
OUTSIDE
You will find a large private parking area for up to 3 cars. To the side of the villa there is a large rotary washing line with pegs, laundry basket and not forgetting the BBQ.
The washing machine and tumble dryer is situated in the garage behind the villa.
The best feature of all in the garden is the large private pool with steps inside and LED multi coloured lights to light up the pool at night.
There is a large sun terrace to sunbathe and a Solar shower to shower before and after entering the pool.

*Set of bed linen for each bed.
*Bath and Hand towel per person.
*Pool towel per person.
*Meet and Greet at the villa on your arrival and on your departure.

Location description
The location of the villa is very close to the town of Lliria and only 20 minutes from the airport and 25/30 minutes to Valencia City.
The picturesque town of Olocau is only a 10 minute drive where you will find many walking and cycling routes.
There is a beautiful park within walking distance that is surrounded by pine trees, red squirrels and large lakes. You can picnic in the park or choose to eat in the restaurant that serves a ´Menu Del Dia´ (menu of the day) each day at an affordable price or just sandwiches, whatever suits your needs.
Local events
There are always some form of celebration in the Lliria or the surrounding towns, depending on the month.
Tourist attractions
There are many places to visit in Valencia such as the Ocean Ographic, Bioparc, Science Museum, bike hire or walking through the dried river bed. There are two parts of the city, the old and new. To experience this you can take the tourist bus where you can have the choice to sight see either parts of the city or both.
Directions
On confirmation of your booking, you will be sent the location of the villa via WhatsApp. Should you not have WhatsApp, directions will be sent via email.
There are many budget airlines that fly into Valencia Airport from many places in the UK and other countries. Whatever choice of transport you choose to get to the villa is very easy. The choices are: Either pick up a taxi outside the arrivals and travel direct to the villa, hire a car from many car hire companies that are at the airport or take a train from the airport which will take you to Lliria where you can pick up a taxi to the villa. We do recommend that you hire a car as this will make your stay easier and more comfortable. Not far from the villa is a bust stop which will take you into the town of Lliria.

Casa Segunda - A little slice of Spanish heaven!
We had the very great honour of being the first ever guests to stay in Casa Segunda. The quality of the accommodation was outstanding - we especially loved sitting on the terrace with our morning coffee, and our evening G & T! Looking out over the sparkling pool and the majestic mountains in the distance. The nearby San Vicente park is an excellent spot for dog walking but even those without a furry friend, can still enjoy waking by the crystal clear stream in the shade of the trees and the beautiful old monastery. Lliria is minutes away by car and has everything you require in terms of shopping as well as a number of bars and restaurants. In addition, the fabulous city of Valencia is only 30 minutes away by car. It is a city stuffed full of culture, music and amazing gasto experiences! Lisa & Tigger could not have done more to make us feel welcome and we look forward to returning very soon to our little slice of Spanish heaven!!

All our prices include 21% IVA.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For all bookings we require a 500Euros Damage Deposit which will be refunded back to you once the villa has been checked after your stay. Please allow 7 working days for the refund.
PAYMENTS:
50% Payment is due on booking.
50% Payment plus the 500Euros Security Deposit is due 8 weeks prior to your check-in date.
CANCELATION TERMS:
100% Refund 60 days prior to the check-in date.
50% Refund 30 days prior to the check-in date.
NO refund less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Any booking cancellations should be confirmed in writing.
ADDITIONAL PRICES
Dog Supplement - 50Euros to 80Euros (per week, per dog depending on the size)
