Description
The villa in situated in Chartreuses du boulou it has several areas for parking all of which are secure.
The furnishings as shown on the provided photos are modern and allow the open planned dining, kitchen and living area to work comfortably when coming in from the pool area.
There is a large balcony which apart from giving dining in the morning shade is a great place to sit at night to view the valley below.
The villa is situated in a quiet cul de sac in an elevated position at 200 mtrs above sea level. There is easy access to the coast and mountain areas as previously discussed. We offer 24 hr coverage at the villa in the event of any unlikely anomalies.
The linen and towelling is provided free but we expect you to leave the villa in a clean and tidy condidition.
The pool is serviced for general maintenance mid week and you will be given a 10 minute instruction for daily maintenance on your arrival.
You will be met personally on your arrival date to exchange keys and general information.
There is a multitude of "things to do" leaflets, and we the owners are a mine of information. Also there is a villa folder which has pertinent information to guide you round the villa and with some useful contact numbers...

The lakes at saint Jean plas de cort (10mins) have water activities as well as friendly snack and meal providing shacks. good value..

Apart from the sea, n' sand you can venture up the mountain by train. The villa has more than enough leaflets and local knowledge to keep you busy !! or not as the case may be...

Ryanair service the above airports. Flybe service perpignan from Southampton.
Rail.
London to Perpignan with TGV high speed rail is about 9 hrs.
Paris to Perpignan 5 hrs.
Barcelona to Perpignan 1 hr 20 min.
