The Village
The village of La Alfoquia is nestled in the beautiful Almanzora Valley surrounded by breath taking scenery. The region is famed for its wonderful climate, boasting 270 days of sunshine, and a very low rainfall. La Alfoquia is a most tranquil setting, due to its close proximity to Albox, Mojácar Pueblo, Turre and many other nearby towns. Villa Marissa is Only 20 minutes from the historic pueblo of Mojácar and its stunning beaches.
There is something for everyone within easy reach of a wonderful Villa from which to explore. La Alfoquia has numerous restaurant Bars and shops, including, a hardware and electrical shop, bakery, butchers, tobacconist, fish & chip shop a boutique and a hairdressers. A recent addition to the village is the new Olympic size swimming pool, gym , all weather football pitch and a state of the art crown green bowling green which is just a two minute walk away.
Cycling Holidays
