Description
Situated in the heart of Kyrenia town, surrounded by the local community and within walking distance of the old Kyrenia Harbour - with supermarkets and other facility within easy reach. This beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 en-suite luxury villa with private pool, is a perfect place to be situated if you wish to be near the best beaches and restaurants that North Cyprus has to offer.
The interior is of the highest standards starting at the entrance with the marble floor entrance on the ground floor and leading up the stairs and landing. All bedrooms have their own en-suites shower rooms and A/C units and two of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace with views of the mountains. A/C units in bedrooms only. One shower room on the ground floor has been adapted for the less able bodied.
The kitchen is of modern contemporary design which should keep the cook in the family happy for hours. Our lounge is large in size, with a smart flat screen TV mounted on the wall. For those guests who wish to visit in the winter months we have also a screened glass log fire place, which you can snuggle up in front of on the large Lshaped sofa.
Leading off the kitchen you will have access to your alfresco outside dinning area which can seat up to 10 people, so plenty of room for your friends if you decide to cook on our outside barbecue. The pool is also located to the side of the villa, with its own jazzusi seating area and then you may wish to soak up those sun rays on our sunbathing area with enough sun loungers for all the family.

Location description
Sema Villa is located in the North of Cyprus and we are in the heart of Kyrenia town and within walking distance to the ancient ruins of Kyrenia Castle. Many local beaches can be accessed from this location and also you will be spoilt for choice for where to eat and shop at some of the best restaurants and boutiques that Kyrenia has to offer.
Kyrenia has lots to offer tourists wishes to learn more about the history of the Island. There is the beautiful village of Bellapias with stunning views of Kyrenia and also the mountain castle ruinings of St. Hillarion to name but a few.
Many beaches have golden sands for miles with water sports such as snorkling, water skiing, jet skiing rentals for hire and much more. In the harbour of Kyrenia town many boats trips can be booked for a full day out with all the family which includes lunch. Highly recommended for a great day out.

Directions
Ercan Airport is located in the North of Cyprus and is the nearest airport to Kyrenia, but it is not necessarily the quickest way to get to Northern Cyprus. Pegasus Airways, Turkish Airlines all fly the North Cyprus. The quickest routes to fly would be by any budget flights booked via Larnaca and we can help you arrange Taxi Transfers to and from these Airports. Prices will vary depending on your arrival and departures Airports.
