Description
We have a lovely villa by the sea which is ideally suited for family holidays. The villa is spacious and well equipped with a great outside space. The outside pool terrace has a large table and chairs and is ideally for family BBQs. There is also plenty of space by the pool for sunloungers and umbrellas for shade in the hot mid-summer months and an outside shower. The large roof terrace also has seating area and table and chairs and is great for watching the sunset over the mountains with a pre-dinner drink!
The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is a useful breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The main bathroom is downstairs with separate bath and shower. Both of the bedrooms upstairs have ensuite shower rooms.
The villa is situated at the end of a quiet road moments from the seafront. The nearest beach is a 5-10 minute walk and has good facilities including beach bar, pedaloes, toilets, showers and a lovely restaurant with views. The delightful harbour town of Kyrenia with its many shops, restaurants and bars is approximately a 20 minute drive away. There are supermarkets a 5 minute drive from the villa. 15 minutes away up in the mountains is the lovely traditional village of Bellapais with its famous abbey and stunning views.
Further afield there is a water park with a lovely beach and water slides, ancient ruins and castles for those who enjoy sightseeing and a drive along the peninsula will reward you with isolated villages, a beautiful monastery and a meeting with Cypriot donkeys.
