The villa is a luxury property located on a large plot, with a colourful, well-stocked garden in Lower Bellapais. It offers fine views of the sea and mountains which can be enjoyed from all rooms, the first floor galleried landing, balconies and private terraces. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout, has an open plan layout, extensive marble flooring and air conditioning. It provides a luxury setting from which to enjoy the Cyprus sun and scenery. North Cyprus currency is the Turkish Lira and the exchange rate against GBP is excellent offering much better value than the Euro zone.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing holiday, soaking up the sun or sipping drinks by the pool, or something more active, this villa will suit.
The villa is ideally suited for couples and prices are based on 2 persons only.
Please note: Although there are 3 bedrooms the prices are based on 2 persons and the villa is ideally suited for couples. Parties, celebrations, weddings, stag parties, hen parties and other gatherings etc are not allowed at the villa. Only the guests named on the booking are permitted at the villa.
Apologies but the villa is not suitable for young children due to the extensive and very slippery marble flooring in the villa and around the pool.
Outside there is a private 10m x 5m overflow pool with Roman steps, and both shallow and deep sections. A large travertine terrace surrounds the pool with table, chairs and parasol. Sun loungers with cushions are provided. There are extensive decorative wrought iron railings around the terrace. There is also a pool shower. Staircases from both ends of the terrace descend to the well-stocked and established garden and lower terrace with barbecue and parking area.

Location description
The villa is on the slopes of the Five Finger Mountains and is one of only 2 villas of this design. The villa is in a large plot with great views of the sea and mountains.

Scuba diving, parascending, boat trips, Jeep safari, even flyboarding!
Tourist attractions
There are many historic attractions and museums to visit including castles and Roman ruins. The harbour at Kyrenia is beautiful and is known as the "Jewel of Cyprus"
Escape Beach is a lovely place to relax, sunbath and be waited upon.
The Turtle Project at Alagadi Beach is worth visiting during hatching season.
Directions
The villa is in an area known as Lower Bellapais approximately one minutes drive from Bellapais Monastery Village Hotel. Car hire is advised. The nearest shops and restaurants are approximately a 25 minute walk away and the return journey is uphill.

A 350 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. Refunded 1 week after the end of your holiday. Cancellation charges: Up to 12 weeks prior to arrival deposit is forfeit. From 55 to 29 days prior to arrival 60% of total cost is forfeit. Up to 28 days prior to arrival 100% is forfeit.
Discounted car hire is available when booked through us. We can also arrange transfers.
Changeover Day:
Flexible where possible. Please contact us to check availability of your preferred times. Checkout time is 10.00am, sometimes we are able to arrange a later checkout please check with us if required.
