Description
This 3 Bedroom villa was built for the owners in 2003 and is located in a quiet area close to the village of Karsiyaka.
The villa which sits in a large well attended garden offers visitors an opportunity to unwind in a pleasant private location.
The villa supports a 10 x 5 metre private overflow swimming pool with a large terrace, sunbeds/mattresses/sun umbrellas and towels are provided.
The large patio area offers outside dining and a relaxing seating area.
There is a large roof terrace with a BBQ - although the owners tend to use the BBQ located in the garden - the roof terrace leads off the laundry room and is ideal if you need to do a little washing.
There is an internet connection to the villa, this also is used to power the TV which is at present being run on an Amazon Power Stick.
The owners are always pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Located in a quiet area approx 1 km from the main road and 1 km from the sea. The villa is set in a large well attended garden supporting various fruit trees, guests are welcome to pick any fruit in season ie Grapes/Figs/Lemons/Oranges/Quince/etc
