Description
A stone built villa set in a good size private garden with your very own swimming pool.
The villa is in the centre of the village and has attained 3*s from the Bulgarian Tourist Board.
Relax on the terrace or in the garden with a drink and a BBQ. The terrace is well lit so the sun going down is no problem. Although the villa is No Smoking ash trays and a sand pot are provided to smoke on the terrace but I request that cigarette ends are not disposed of in the garden areas. Wander to the tavern or cafes in the village centre if eating out is preferred.
The villa is well equipped to give a home from home feel. Plastic equipment is provided for eating and drinking round the pool area as broken glass in the pool is dangerous and involves the pool being drained. In this event, the cost would be payable by the guests responsible.
Sun beds are provided to sunbath round the pool and the grapevines provide shade when the sun is too hot.
There are small grocery shops dotted around the village for your shopping needs and Kavarna has a bigger variety with a market at it's centre. Banks and ATMs are also located in Kavarna on the main road at the traffic lights.
There are herbs in the garden for use, please respect the plants.
When fruit is in season please ask housekeeper for fruit for the table, she will happily cut some fresh.

Location description
The villa is located at the heart of a pretty typically Bulgarian village on the coastal headland north of the resort town Balchik. Bulgarevo is known for the Dalboka Mussel Farm which is 1.5 km from villa by car (steep road) where you dine at water's edge. The nearby beach is a sandy cove at the headland 3 km from villa by car (steep road ) and an historic roman site is located at the tip of the cape 5 km away.
Spend hours in the beautiful Palace Gardens along the shore at Balchik.
Take a mud bath at one of the nearby spas, there are also thermal spring fed pools in the area.
There are many golf courses between Bulgarevo and Varna along the coast.
Other activities
Albena Beach Resort is a 40 min. drive south of Bulgarevo for the funfair part of your holiday. 1 hours drive south to a seafront thermal spring fed public pool at Saints Constantine & Helena. Varna is 70 mins. south offering everything a large city has to offer, now offering several large new shopping malls.
Local events
Kavarna hosts a rock festival each year at the end of July where event goers watch the sun rise after the nights music.
Balchik hosts the Black Sea International Regatta at the end of May if you are partial to yachting events .
