Description
Beautiful villa with spectacular mountain and sea views. It has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9 with ease. With open plan living downstairs the house is perfect for quiet couples or family holidays.
If you can tear yourself away from the superb 10x 5m pool there is plenty to see and do in North Cyprus, both sporting activities, shopping and historical places. If you want to stay at home we have an excellent BBQ and Clay oven, perfect for slow cooked lamb while you chill out. If you do fancy going out we have bars and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is a short drive away if you wish to have a swim or watch the sun go down.
Highlights are the nearby dam for a spectacular walk, paragliding off the mountain, horse riding, turtle excavation and release on our nearby beach, water sports along the coast, boat trips along the beautiful coast and retail therapy in nearby Kyrenia. There is something for everybody here.
We can organise airport transfers and hire car so you have a stress free holiday and our property manager is on hand to help if required.
So you can just come and relax we provide towels, hair dryers, books, games, what to do guides.Unlike many villas water and electric are included in the price and we provide a complimentary grocery welcome pack to all our guests.
The house is quiet and away for the hustle and bustle of Kyrenia town, however bars and restaurants are a short walk away.
We have been renting for over 10 years so have lots of experience and great reviews. We have many repeat guests that we now call friends, we do hope that will include you.

Location description
The house is perfect for both a quiet couples holiday or two families sharing. The house has amazing sea and mountain views but ideally placed for a quiet relaxing holiday in lush tranquil gardens. It's just 25 minutes from Kyrenia town with it's old harbour and superb shops, a 5 minute drive from a beautiful sandy beach and a great pool for those days you wish to just chill out at home. With multiple bars and restaurants in walking distance and a bus service into town at the end of the road you don't need to have a car.
Cyprus is a superb historical island with lots of places to visit, great activities such as boat trips, water parks, paragliding off the mountains and a welcoming place with a wide range of bars and restaurants to choose from.
We have a property manager to look after you while you are with us and can arrange hire car and airport transfers ensuring everything is covered for a stress free Holiday.
We welcome guests back year after year and hope you will stay with us too.

Directions
You can fly to both Ercan airport in the north, just 40 minutes by car or Larnaca in the south of the island, transfer time of 75 mins. Turkish Airlines and Pegusus fly to Ercan via Turkey, many airlines fly to Larnaca including BA, Jet 2, Easyjet etc. We can arrange both airport transfers and hire car if required.

Late getaway
Had a great 6 days away and was very pleased with the villa. It was set in a lovely location and everything was very well organised from transport, car hire and things to do when we arrived, around the local area.
The villa provided us with everything we needed, was clean and tidy and the pool area was just perfect. We were reassured that if we had any issues, they would quickly be resolved by friendly local maintenance for peace of mind.
Cooper the dog and friends were the highlight of the week 😁

Amazing villa / location
We have just returned from a week at Johannes villa . Carl and Katy arranged transfers and car hire which all went smoothly and saved us a lot of hassle. When we arrived the villa looked stunning and was immaculately presented. Such a peaceful area for a relaxing break. The location is to die for - sea views to the front and Mountain Views behind . The pool was fabulous you really dont need to leave the villa . Everything you needed was provided, loads of crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc - even beach towels. Pizza oven and BBQ were really handy and a massive fridge was a real plus. We found the locals to be very warm and friendly which was lovely. Our favourite restaurant was driftwood a short drive away the food was fantastic and prices very reasonable. Would highly recommend a day trip to varosha (ghost town) it was one of the best day trips I have ever done and there is a stunning beach there . Will definitely return.
A perfect relaxing holiday
Having just spent a very relaxing week at Johannes Villa, we can highly recommend it.
Fabulous pool, clean and spacious house , plenty of parking, as the villa is on an hillside there are amazing views towards the sea, and lots of great places to eat locally. Nice local bar in easy walking distance.
Either cook in or eat out, supermarket at the end of the road.
Daily visits from Kupa the golden retriever always made us smile.
We will definitely be back and a week was not long enough.
