Supplementary fees apply for mid week entry or exit instead of Saturday to Saturday stays.
Extremely well located (only 5mins from the centre or Kyrenia port - often referred to the Pearl of Cyprus), this comfortable villa is well decorated (modern with some Cypriot touches), well equipped in a unique elevated position with lovely views of the unique mountain range of North Cyprus and with attractive sea views from all the bedrooms. It is in a peaceful and green residential district (e.g. lemon tree lined cul de sac), birds chirping away, and a few local professional families. The house is on its own spacious plot with a 3 aspect mature Mediterranean garden including a totally private main garden with seating and BBQ facing the mountains and hillside (most famously Karaman or Karmi) villages & St Hilarion castle with its nightlights, are in the foreground. A larger than usual 10x5m swimming pool is in front of the lounge terraces.
The house is comfortably furnished with flat screen TVs (& satelite TV with some international channels), one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom. The lounge joins into the modern well equipped open plan kitchen. On the ground floor there is also another separate room/ study or as a 4th bedroom as it has a comfortable good size sofa bed. There is also a 3rd bathroom near this extra room, so it's ideal if someone does not want to use the stairs. The first floor comprises of 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds), with balconies and seaviews. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and also a family bathroom on the first floor. Outside, by the pool and in the garden, there is plenty of outdoor seating (long chairs, relaxers, table by the pool and chairs and parasols as well as an outside lounge area with armchairs and our 3 seater swing under a shaded canopy and with climbing jasmine, passion flower and scented roses on one side.
There are beaches nearby either with a15 minutes walk to the beautiful bay of Kervansaray with its 5* Merit Park hotel, diving school or restaurants to view fantastic sunsets or its public beach. In the area also variety of restaurants like long standing Carpenters 10 walk away or others also close by. Chic Kaya Palazzo 5*hotel is in the area with its spa facilities. And private beaches like Escape beach are just 2min. drive away. Arguably the most picturesque mountain village in the hills surrounding Kyrenia is Karmi or Karaman in Turkish and is just behind us, 7min up the hill by car. Nicosia/ Lefkosa in Turkish and its old historic quarter are just 25min away by car using the motorway. Other touristic sites and towns such as Guzelyurt, the Kayalar coast & villages, the Troddos mountains & villages or Famagusta in the East and the Karpaz peninsula are all very accessible in a day.The Korenium Golf course and the more remote 'Turtle beach' of Alagadi are also within a 20-30 minutes drive. The paragliding landing site is close to our house (2 minutes away).
But best of all, enjoy your beautiful home and pool in a well stocked mature Mediterranean garden with scented jasmines, hibiscus, bougainvilles, roses, lavender, palm, rubber and pepper trees, jacaranda, frangipani and mix of fruit trees (plum, peach, mandarin, grapefruit, olive, almond, walnut, almond, pomegranate, guava, loquat, avocado etc).

You can do diving near by as well as paragliding. There are also boat trips in wooden local saling / motor boats. There is a lovely golf club with seaviews from the golf course. Otherwise there are pleasant drives and walks along the coast or in the mountains and many historical and pituresque sites to visit like crusader castles, roman remains, ottoman old quarters, hillside villages and local festivals i.e. tulip, olives, wild orchid etc.
Directions
We are within easy reach of Kyrenia (Girne in Turkish) centre either by car using the motorway for easy and quick access to our house or via the coastal road where local buses or taxis can be found and this road is just 5 min walk from the house.
We are between the Edremit and the Karaoglanogu district on the West of Kyrenia in a very green, clean and peaceful neighbourhood.

Linen and 1 set of indoor towels and 1 pool towel per person are included Late night arrival food hamper for light meal or breakfast can be arranged. A representative will welcome you and is available during your stay.A refundable damage security of 250 is requested is refunded 5 working days after your departure upon the return of the villa in good order without loss or damage.
To protect ourselves from irresponsible use of airconditioners, a 300KW per week electricity is included in the price which is ample if you don't leave airconditioners all day and all night and and when you are out. A reader meter will be taken on entry and on departure of your holiday. We have our own individual electric modern counter.
We also provide brochures and maps at the house and our very own local information sheets compiled by the owner for what to see, do and where to eat for example as well as about the house, useful phone numbers and life in Kyrenia and North Cyprus.
