    Description

    Three bedroom villa sleeping 6 on a select development with private swimming pool. Air-conditioning, satellite TV, Built in Safe. Terrace for outdoor dining, barbecue area and established gardens, front gate making it fully secure.

    There is a spacious lounge area with open plan dining room and kitchen to accommodate six in comfort plus satellite/cable television and DVD player. You will also find a downstairs shower room with WC and wash basin. 2 minutes walk to beach. Its a 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Its 5 minute drive to centre of Paralimni and Larnaca Airport is only 50km.

    ACCOMMODATION

    Bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 with double bed, small balcony, en-suite and built in safe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with twin beds (both with balcony). All rooms have air conditioning.

    Bathrooms:
    En-suite to bedroom 1 with superb vanity unit, modern fixtures and full size bath and with overhead shower.
    One upstairs bathroom with fully fitted bath and shower
    Downstairs consisting of a WC and walk-in shower
    All clean towels and linen included.

    Kitchen:
    A lot of care has been taken in assuring that our kitchen is the right size and properly equipped. This includes: stack fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven and grill, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes and much more.

    Utility Room:
    Utility cupboard with washing machine and iron and ironing board. The sun terrace can be used to dry your clothes and towels in the sunshine with the clothes horse provided.

    Living Rooms:
    This airy room has been beautifully furnished. With large comfortable sofas, a CD system, a state-of-the art TV/DVD/ system with satellite TV. This is the perfect place to relax and chill out.

    Linen/Maid service:
    Linen and towels will be provided but must be left at the end of each stay. Extra towels can be requested. A mid week clean and sheet change can be arranged if booked in advance.

    Location description

    Within 2 mins walk of the villa, Kapparis has several authentic Greek restaurants and a selection of bars and mini supermarkets. Guests are also able to enjoy the amenities of the Malama Holiday Village (water sports and spa) which borders the development. Protaras is 5 mins drive away for its famous beaches, banks, larger supermarkets, chemists and a wider choice of shopping and dining options. Paralimni is also 5 mins away with its beautiful church and main square, shops and street cafes - an authentic Greek town. The bustling resort of Ayia Napa with its famous beaches and fantastic restaurants and large water park is only 15 mins drive away. There are also many golf courses dotted are the island. One is located in Larnaca 40 mins drive and another is proposed for the future just outside of Protaras. You can even go skiing in the Troodos Mountains, which is only 90 mins drive away.

    Other activities

    Located in the heart of Aiya Naipa is the world famous Water World. Suitable for Adults and Children alike, this would be a great day out for all the family. Approximately 20 minutes drive from the villa.
