We now have for your convenience 2 travel cot's with made to measure mattresses, highchair, bouncy baby chair. Fans situated throughout the villa. Air conditioning in all rooms. Downstairs family shower room/W.C. Hair dryers, hair straighteners, magnified make up mirrors and irons to all bedrooms. Shaving points in all bathrooms. Transfers to and from the airport and car hire organised. (client pays locally).

The villa has 5 double bedrooms (all en suite) and 1 with twin beds, so sleeping up to 12 guests in comfort. There is two super king beds and 3 king size beds so space is no problem in Kalamar Dream. A continuous balcony to the first floor bedrooms, with seating and tables for each room. Exceptionally large kitchen dining area with marble island and bar stools. Integrated dishwasher, hot and cold-water dispenser (3 in total), plus seating for 10 people in comfort, in short all the things you would expect from your kitchen at home. There is also a fully equipped utility room with washing machine. The salon/living area has quality leather seating, a 64” flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling concertina / bi-gold doors let the outside in, in this fabulous villa.
Panoramic sea views from wherever you may sit. The pool terrace has plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a soft seating area with attractive sofa and chairs. There is a Turkish Love Pod and a matching covered swinging sofa. A circular marble table seats 12 for outside dining, and a purpose built stone BBQ for outside dining. 2 extra large parasol covers this area ensuring you’re dining in comfort. Listen to your favourite music via the 2 Bluetooth wireless JBL speakers and wherever you are on the terrace you will have stunning sea views of the bay.
The infinity pool, 1.4m deep all over, has no dangerous deep end and is ideal for pool games. The roof terrace has another marble table, seating 10, soft seating under a wooden pergola, sun loungers and a swinging love chair.
There is also a hot and cold-water dispenser & a WC and washbasin on the terrace..
Finally...for your entertainment there is a fully equipped games room, with pool table, dart board, air hockey, table tennis, table football and a 38" flat screen TV with Wii + games and individual satellite TV with full sport package. There is an assortment of board games and books, 2 bar tables and 4 stools... and .... amazingly .... yet again...the games room also comes with wonderful sea views.
On the roof terrace you will find the fully equipped Gym which has the following….

Location description
Kalkan is a small Mediterranean resort known as the Beverley Hills of the Turquoise Coast. Cobbled streets wind down to the small harbour where visiting yachts lie at anchor and gullets line up to take visitors out to Snake or Mouse islands which appear to float on the crystal clear water. Kalkan is a small town with a cosy intimate feel about it, the visitors return year after year, enjoying at least 300 days of sunshine and far away from pressures of every day stresses.
Kalkan has the highest number of restaurants per square metre on the Turkish coast, and all offer their own brand of welcome. Eat the traditional way, sitting on kilims or cushions eating traditional Turkish dishes, or dine under the splendour of the starlit sky on one of the beautiful terrace restaurants.
Whatever you do in Kalkan you will find the warmest welcome you have ever received, Turkish hospitality is not exaggerated. Rest assured you will not only visit the once the majority of visitors return time and time again because they cannot get enough of the jewel that is Kalkan.
Directions
Dalaman is your closest airport to our Villa. From Dalaman airport it is about an hour and half drive to Kalamar Dream. We can arrange for airport transfers for you at an extra cost. We recommend car hire if you wish to explore Kalkan and other parts of Turkey. But if you are just coming to laze by the pool and enjoy the sun car hire is not essential as Kalkan town is only a 15 minute stroll away!

A real kalamar dream.
I booked this villa last April 2015 for 3 weeks this July for a celebratory occasion and wanted somewhere truly special with the wow factor for close family and friends to enjoy and share and this villa didn't disappoint at any stage of our stay.We spent many days lazying by the pool as the villa was too beautiful to leave and on the days we were dragged away it was only to the Kalamar beach club down the road . At night we enjoyed the mixed and varied bars and restaurants Kalkan has to offer. Peter and Mary have a beautiful villa which you will not wish to leave . Even after 3 weeks I was truly sad to come home.
I have been to Turkey for 7 years now and to Kalkan on 3 previous occasions. The same old friendly faces are still there and they remember you and greet you as long lost friends . They are experiencing a real down turn in tourism which is really sad (and unwarranted as it is so far removed from the troubles elsewhere in the country ) as their livelihood depends on it but the Turks remain upbeat and positive and compensate by providing great hospitality and service , friendliness and value for money.
Tip. Jawad is a great chef and does awesome meals at the villa . We had 3 for each week and particularly enjoyed his curries.
There is no doubt that we will be returning to this fantastic villa and thank you to Peter and Mary for their attentiveness throughout our stay. In the same way the Turks want your holiday to be the best experience ever so do they.
