At 3000 square feet, these properties are not only very generously proportioned, but the way the cool and contemporary design connects with the views is nothing short of spectacular. These villas have been constructed to an exceptionally high standard and furnished with immense style and flair, both inside the property and on the extensive terraces, to make the most of relaxing, dining alfresco, entertaining new found friends or just having a G&T as the sun dips behind the mountains.
As you would expect, the level of amenities at a property of this quality ensure our guests can relax and rejuvenate. Wireless Internet will enable you to keep in touch, and the on site staff will ensure that should you need them, they are near at hand; available but unobtrusive.
It is not just the accommodation that makes the Kalkan Mountain Villas so special, the location in the foothills of the Taurus mountains, yet close to local restaurants, and just 15 minutes by car from Kalkan and the coast, offers a compelling combination of a peaceful, utterly unspoilt location with breathtaking views, with the convenience of being close to Kalkan, justifiably famous for it's fine dining and beautiful old town.
Accommodation is arranged over 3 floors at Villa Jasmine, with a large open plan living space on the middle floor to make the most of the incredible views that the properties location allows. Large floor to ceiling windows offer dramatic and quite awe inspiring views of the landscape, sea and Patara beach. Sunlight floods into the living area, and the early morning sun and sunset particularly, create a very nice ambience in which to relax. The living area comprises 2 areas of lounge seating, with coffee tables, kitchen, dining area, and cloakroom with stairs to the floor above.
There is a large LCD screen television with Satellite channels and a DVD player, a B&W iPod docking station, a selection of DVD's, and board games. There is also a telescope to look at the views in more detail, and local artworks give the living area a warm, stylish and contemporary feel.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with granite worktops, and is exceptionally well equipped. The appliances are German and include a dishwasher and microwave. A gas hob will also appeal to those serious about cooking. The dining area, like everywhere in the living space has lovely views, and comfortably seats 8. A cloakroom completes the living accommodation.
Access to the property is via the top floor, with the expanse of glass over 2 floors and views beyond providing a dramatic and quite stunning first impression. A central hall with 2 leather swivel chairs and floor mounted lighting feels very cool and contemporary, and the master bedroom suite and Bedroom 2 are located here. The bedrooms on the top floor of Villa Jasmine offer extremely spacious and beautifully appointed en-suite accommodation, both with large furnished balconies with lovely views and high quality furnishings. The master bedroom also has a fitted dressing area and safe. On the ground floor, 2 further spacious double en-suite bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and terraces. They also have furnished terraces and lovely views to the sea, mountains and Patara beach.
Outside, the dining and swimming pool terraces are beautifully furnished, and extensive planting add colour and fragrance to this lovely space. The private infinity swimming pool is just a few steps away. At dusk, imaginative and clever lighting transform the feel of Villa Jasmine, and set the mood for an unforgettable evening ahead.
The Kalkan Mountain Villas lie in the heart of Turkey's finest region of outstanding natural beauty. Set among fields and forests of cedar and pine, olive groves and walnut trees, the air is filled with the fragrances of bougainvillea, jasmine, jacaranda, lemon and thyme. Small waterfalls, springs and mountain streams provide constant fresh water for the nearby village of Islamlar, giving natural irrigation and feeding the trout pools that supply the friendly local restaurants. Each villa has a parking space right outside the property.

Another wonderful stay at Villa Jasmine. Returned, so chilled , that its taken me until now, to review! Villa Jasmine is faultless - we totally chilled, basking by the pool, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, barbecue lunches.......Its so peaceful. Evening meals were either at the local mountain restaurants, or in "downtown" Kalkan. How nice to have so much choice, and all within easy reach. Afterwards to have a drink by the pool-very romantic. Villa Jasmine is extremely well appointed, and tastefully decorated by the Owners. Perfect in every sense. Perfect for that get away experience. We're telling all of our friends that THEY HAVE TO GO.

We have just returned from an amazing week at Villa Jasmine (Kalkan Mountain Villas). The beautiful villa took our breath away luxuriously furnished, spotlessly clean, fully air-conditioned, well designed accommodation in a perfect setting it really has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Kalkan. Set high in the mountains there is a beautiful view towards Patara Beach and the air is fresher and less humid than in the main resort yet Kalkans wide choice of restaurants and activity are only a 15 minute drive away and there are other more rustic restaurants and food markets nearby. The villa is split over three levels with four double bedded en-suite rooms, - each with balconies or direct pool access, a huge galleried lounge dining area, unbelievably well-equipped kitchen, sun terrace with ample comfortable loungers and a wonderfully cool infinity pool with jacuzzi. There is ample comfortable bedding, soft white towels and toiletries We enjoyed every second at the villa and in fact failed to get round to some excursions due to the fact that we were so chilled and contented by the pool. The spacious layout of the villa and numerous balconies and terraces provide ample space for privacy and relaxation and there is ample parking out front. The owners seem to have anticipated your every need with comfortable sofas, dining table for eight, a huge satellite TV, stereo, computer workstation, Wi-Fi and a selection of, DVDs, books and board games. We all loved our stay at Villa Jasmine and wouldnt hesitate for a second to return. Highly recommended.

Perched up in the mountains 15 minutes away from the bright & bustling Kalkan, Villa Jasmine is a hidden slice of paradise. Whether you spend all day at this spacious, modern, beautiful villa in a superb location relaxing by the pool or take a few day trips to Patara Beach, Saklıkent Gorge & Xanthos. It truly is the most beautiful place to call home for your vacation. (Lets be honest, it is that nice you will not want to leave! We didn't) Villa Jasmine is so well equipped and comes with everything you may or may not need. An absolutely fantastic place!! I hope we will be able to return here year after year.
