The Mountain properties are 4 exquisite holiday villas which have been chosen to offer our guests a truly unforgettable holiday experience. Not only are the villas very generously proportioned, but the way the cool and contemporary design connects with the views is nothing short of spectacular. These villas have been constructed to an exceptionally high standard and furnished with immense style and flair, both inside the property and on the extensive terraces, to make the most of relaxing.
As you would expect, the level of amenities at a property of this quality ensure our guests can relax and rejuvenate. Wireless Internet will enable you to keep in touch, and the onsite staff will ensure that should you need them, they are near and at hand.
It is not just the accommodation that makes the Kalkan Mountain Villas so special, the location, yet close to local restaurants, and just 15 minutes by car from Kalkan and the coast, offers a compelling combination of a peaceful, utterly unspoilt location with breathtaking views, with the convenience of being close to Kalkan, justifiably famous for its fine dining and beautiful old town.
Accommodation is arranged over 3 floors at Villa Jasmine, with a large open plan living space on the middle floor to make the most of the incredible views that the properties location allows. Large floor to ceiling windows offers dramatic and quite awe-inspiring views of the landscape, sea and Patara beach. Sunlight floods into the living area, and the early morning sun and sunset particularly, create a very nice ambiance in which to relax.
Living area - The living area comprises 2 areas of lounge seating, with coffee tables, kitchen, dining area, utility room, and cloakroom with stairs to the floor above. There is a large LCD screen television and a DVD player (a large selection of DVDs are available), a Wireless Smart Speaker, and board games. There is also a telescope to look at the views in more detail, and local artworks give the living area a warm, contemporary feel. The kitchen is fully fitted, with granite worktops, and is exceptionally well equipped, there is also a gas hob, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area, like everywhere in the living space has lovely views, and comfortably seats 8. A cloakroom completes the living accommodation.
Access to the property is via the top floor, with the expanse of glass over 2 floors and views beyond providing a dramatic and quite stunning first impression. A central hall with two-seater sofa and floor mounted lighting feels very cool and contemporary, and the master bedroom suite and Bedroom 2 are located here.
Bedrooms - The bedrooms on the top floor of Villa Jasmine offer extremely spacious and beautifully appointed en-suite accommodation, both with large furnished balconies with lovely views and high-quality furnishings. The master bedroom also has a fitted dressing area. On the ground floor, 2 further spacious double en-suite bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool and terraces. They also have furnished terraces and lovely views to the sea, mountains and Patara beach.
Outdoor area - Outside, the dining and swimming pool terraces are beautifully furnished, there is a relaxing lying hammock, and extensive planting add colour and fragrance to this lovely space. The private infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi is just a few steps away. At dusk, imaginative and clever lighting transform the feel of Villa Jasmine, and set the mood for an unforgettable evening ahead.
The Kalkan Mountain Villas lie in the heart of Turkey's finest region of outstanding natural beauty. Small waterfalls, springs and mountain streams provide constant fresh water for the nearby village of Islamlar, giving natural irrigation and feeding the trout pools that supply the friendly local restaurants. My wife and I, and four friends have had a wonderful two weeks at Villa Jasmine! The weather has been absolutely perfect, at around 28 Degrees and sunny every day. We have had an action packed time, and it has always been lovely to return to the tranquility of the beautiful villa and infinity pool. My wife and I completed our Padi Open Water Dive Course at Kalkan Dive Centre, with the ever helpful team there, and then went on to dive with our friends in the beautiful blue water, where we were lucky enough to see a large turtle! We also had a fascinating tandem canoe tour with "Barbarossa" in Cas, around historical sunken ruins. Our day for relaxing with "Captain Abdi" on the "Pina X" gave us a chance to chill. A day trip to the greek island of Meis is really worthwhile. We had a fantastic seafood lunch at the "Alexandra" restaurant on the quayside. The ruins at Patara are fascinating, and when done, the beach and dunes are epic! As we sit here on our balcony on the last morning, we are sad to be leaving this wonderful, diverse country, and exceptional accommodation at Kalkan Mountain Villa's.. John & Lisa

We had a fantastic weeks stay at Kalkan mountain villas. The villa was very clean, private, well maintained and had stunning views of the mountains and sea. The villa was exactly as photos and descriptions and exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend to others and we look forward to returning.

Situated in a quiet, gated location that is perfect to kick back and relax villa Jasmine offers great value as there is nothing that can be improved on.
The villa and all it contains are of a very high quality. World wide TV access, Apple computer and Bose hifi plus internet as fast as the office and faster than at home. Furnishing and bed linens are perfect. Inside and out it is spotless and all rooms have very efficient aircon. Everything is designed for a truly relaxing stay.
Local tavernas offer simple fresh Turkish dishes for very low prices some will pick you up and take home or bring you a takeaway. The boutiques and gourmet restaurants of Kalkan are a short drive (or cheap cab ride) away. Plus, With a bbq poolside an evening in makes a relaxing change from all the area has to offer.
Taking all the above into account it will be easy to give our holiday an overall rating of 5 stars!

Our second stay at Villa Jasmine - it is a truly peaceful and stunning villa which is maintained immaculately. The location is only a 4 out of 5 as you need a car to access Kalkan / beaches etc. The restaurants in the mountains are (Bodayma and Doga in particular) - really fresh food and good value for money. We went on 2 boat trips with @Therapyboat and had amazing days on the water. We visited Patara beach and Indigo beach club on a number of days - Can't wait to return again.
