We are now taking bookings for 2023 for our Villa and we recommend early booking to take advantage of early booking discount. Villa KIKI is fantastically good value as it is a 5/10 minutes walk from the world-renowned Hotel Villa Mahal and it's most stunning beach club with exclusive facilities. Our villa has tinted windows to provide a serene feeling inside and it is surrounded by a green and lush garden which will keep you cool on the hot summer days in and out of the Villa.
Please note that our price is based on 8 people sharing the VILLA which is a very good value as a modern and luxurious living when you need to just to get away and relax and unwind. There are a lot more scheduled flights to and from Dalaman in 2022 and beyond from all over the UK and the rest of the world, and you will be able to put together a good value, luxury holiday to relax and chill out. If you are a group of couples/friends or professionals just wanting a comforting space to have a bit of peace and quiet - get away from it all, Villa Kiki is for you and it is set in the most tranquil part of Kalkan which will entice you to come back in the following year. We can arrange breakfast deliveries, fresh bread and mezes on your chosen days and you can enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain view by the pool all day long. VILLA KIKI has a lot of personal touches and has been created in a way to maximize comfort.
As well as chilling out by the pool with a spectaular sea and mountain view, Villa KIKI is also a 5 minutes walk away from one of the best beaches in Kalkan. If you had enough of chilling out by the pool and would like to take a stroll, the beach club offers you the best it can plus, you might want to take a water taxi to the town and back with a bag full of food and drink for dinner.
Also, there is a selection of local wines in our comprehensive welcome pack which also includes information about sightseeing and cruising around the Turquoise Coast.
If you are inquisitive and wish to explore more, then the sights of the Turquoise Coast are many and varied. A long sandy beach at Patara, ancient ruins, the beautiful setting of Kaputas beach, scuba diving, a visit to Kas and the possibility of a cruise along the coastline. All of these will leave you with happy memories of your holiday.
Villa Kiki is our own holiday home and it is close to our hearts. We welcome our guests to enjoy it as much as we do and feel as comfortable as you are at your own home with the beautiful landscape and comforting sense of the sea and the sun around it.
To protect the health of our guests and to give them peace of mind for a relaxing holiday we have a thorough hygiene protocol in place for Villa Kiki which includes Covid-19 standard sanitisation at the start and end of each guests' stay, supply of hand sanitiser and advice available at any time from our Property Manager. Kalkan is very Covid-aware and you will find the people, shops and restaurants all eager for you to be protected and comfortable at the time of this global pandemic.

Location description
This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Set in Kalkan in the Mediterranean Region of Turkey, this detached villa is 0.9 miles from Kalkan Yacht Marine. You can relax by the infinity pool with magnificent view.
Kalkan Local Bazaar is 1.4 miles from Villa Kiki, while Kalkan Bus Station is 1.5 miles away. The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport, 47.2 miles from the property.
Other activities
Historical sight seeing like, Patara beach and Ancient Lycian City of Patara, Zentos and Latoon. Scuba Diving in KAS is one of the most sought after activity in the area.

Directions
The drive from Dalaman is along major thoroughfares and is easy driving. Firstly, you will need some Turkish lira currency for the initial stages, to exit the Airport car park (about 10 TL) and then to travel through the Gocek Tunnel (4 TL). The trip takes you 10 miles north to the major Antalya road, there you turn right and proceed for about an hour though Gocek, Kargi, Fethiye, following signs to Antalya and Kas where shown. Turn right at the large T intersection after Fethiye, following the sign to Kas. This road proceeds through Kinik and Yesilkoy and you will arrive in Kalkan approximately 30 minutes later. Villa Kiki is located in Kisla, the most southern part of Kalkan. Google has recently created Street view for the area and you can now get an idea of the appearance of things before you arrive.
