Description
The villa is about a mile from the village and offers peaceful and tranquil living, combined with great food and sunny weather. The villa boasts a 8m x 4m private swimming pool and a landscaped garden, with Satellite TV (SKY).
There is also a converted Finca ("La Finca") on-site which operates as a Hotel, Restaurant & Bar.
The villa itself has 3 Bedrooms and 2 fully tiled bathrooms. Bedroom one (ground floor) has a double divan bed, built in wardrobe with draw unit, hot/cold air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom two (first floor) has two single beds, hot/cold air-conditioning, built in wardrobe with draw unit, and patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the pool and parking area. Bedroom three (first floor) is the Master bedroom with a kingsize pine bed, hot/cold air-conditioning, built in wardrobe and draw unit, and patio doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the pool and with spectacular mountain views, looking down the valley towards the town of Hondon.
The kitchen has granite work surfaces, an oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven etc.. plus crockery for 8 people. There's also an iron and ironing board available.
The living/dining room has hot/cold air-conditioning, a 3 piece suite, sideboard, and table a chairs which will comfortably seat 6, and 8 when extended/pulled out. There's also an LCD TV with a Sky-Digital box, a PlayStation2 and also a DVD player available.
Cleaning and the provision of fresh towels and bedding are done before you arrive and can be done during your stay if you require - but this will incur a charge. For those with babies or small children, there is a highchair, travel cot, childs airbed and a buggy available. There are also plastic bowls, cups and spoons available.
Welcome packs of food and beverages can be purchased so that you have some essentials waiting for you upon your arrival for an small additional cost. If you would like a welcome pack, please let us know.

Deposit/Booking Notes
An additional 60 Euros cleaning cost is payable during the stay to the keyholder based on 4 people sharing. Additional guests are charged at 10 Euros per additional guest.
A deposit of 100 per week is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your holiday commencing will require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draft in GB pounds. We can also payments via Paypal.
