Description
The villa is about a mile from the village and offers peaceful and tranquil living, combined with great food and sunny weather. The villa boasts a 10m x 5m private swimming pool and a landscaped garden. There are two BBQ areas and a Pizza Oven.
The villa itself has 3 Bedrooms and 2 fully tiled bathrooms (One an en-suite). Bedroom One has a Super King Bed with a full ensuite with bath and separate shower, Air Conditioning and a remote control ceiling fan Bedroom Two has a double bed, a pull out bed is also available on request, built in wardrobe with draw unit, and a remote control ceiling fan. Bedroom Three has a King size bed, and a wardrobe with draw unit, and overlooking the pool and terrace area and there is also a remote control ceiling fan.
From the front there is a Naya (Terrace) with a large table and 6 chairs but would comfortably sit 10, overlooking the pool and with spectacular mountain views, looking down the valley towards the town of Hondon.
The kitchen has granite work surfaces, an free standing oven with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven etc.. plus crockery. There's also an iron and ironing board available.
The living/dining room has hot/cold air-conditioning, a 3 piece suite, which will comfortably seat 7. There's also an 65" LCD TV with Apple TV and also a DVD player available.
Cleaning and the provision of fresh towels and bedding are done before you arrive and can be done during your stay if you require - but this will incur a charge.
Welcome packs of food and beverages can be purchased so that you have some essentials waiting for you upon your arrival for an small additional cost. If you would like a welcome pack, please let us know.
The property is strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed, we would appreciate your co-operation in this matter.
