Our Property is a superb luxury spacious 4 bedrooms + 3 bathroom Villa with private Pool.
Our Villa is located within a private residential complex in the lovely village of Otura which is within the greater Metropolitan area of the lovely City of Granada (just 7-8 minutes drive away) and the Alhambra Palace and with fantastic panoramic views of Sierra nevada and the lovely City of Granada.
The Village of Otura offers a variety of pubs and bars which still offer the traditional free tapa with your glass of wine or beer. There are lots of amenities in the village itself, supermarkets, great tapas bars, restaurants, shops, Horse Riding, the famous Santa Clara Golf Course, etc.
There is a local outdoor market is held every Wednesday. The Costa Tropical beach resorts are within easy access, only 30 min away. The main motorway is just 3-4 minutes drive away from the villa and the nearby ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only 28 min away.
The Alpujarras, Lanjaron (with natural springs and thermal waters from Sierra Nevada), Lecrin Valley, lakes and reservoir are also within 20-25 minutes drive.
This very Private detached Villa overlooking the City of Granada with fantastic views of Sierra Nevada, its located in one of the very best semi rural locations for visiting the lovely City of Granada, just 7-10 minutes drive from the city centre of Granada, great views.. all amenities are nearby, Supermarkets, Bus Stop, Tapas bars, Restaurants, the Magnificent Santa Clara Golf Course is just 5 minutes away.
The Villa provides top class luxury accommodation with optional Air Con, and Heated pool, (both on request and for an additional extra fee over and above our rental rates)
Our Villa is located in the lovely Village of Otura, unique peaceful Settings, breathtaking panoramic views, close to nature, but near most shops, facilities and Public transport.very near to the Centre of the City of Granada, Its very spacious, fitted with very specious bedrooms and designer Bathrooms with quality Appliances, quality outdoor furniture, sun terraces, its also has a dedicated Pergola with a Built-in BBQ and dining al fresco facilities, . Rose and fruit gardens, etc.

a-) The Villa Rental rates indicated are only offered on the basis of the typical 5 people family party group, any additional people (up to 8 people maximum) will be be subject to a 98.00GBP surcharge per person and per week in addition to our advertised rental rates.

Location description
Otura is a very charming small town very near to the City centre of Granada (just 7 minutes drive) it has its own fantastic profesasional 72 Par Golf Course, (Santa Clara Golf Granada) also has all expected amenities, such as bus stop, tapas bars and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. Great walks.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It is extremely modern, spacious and luxurious. It was beautifully maintained and everything was in the best of order. Alejandro, the manager, was attentive and available without being intrusive. The views from the pool area are superb and the barbecue and dining area are wonderful. Granada is a 15 minute drive away but there is a bus that goes into the city that stops a couple of hundred yards away. It takes 25 minutes and is great for those who do not want to drive. The villa is on the edge of a small town and restaurants, bars and shopping are all within easy walking distance. The location is fantastic. I'd recommend it to anyone. If you need more information.
