Description
Half way between the unspoiled hill village of Glossa and the port of Loutraki this villa has all the amenities close at hand but still has spectacular views and a quiet and private location. Glossa is above the villa far enough away to retain privacy but close enough to enjoy its shops tavernas and cafes. Loutraki below the villa also has some shops and excellent tavernas and cafes but also has the closest beaches and of course is the landing place for the ferries so you can be at your villa within minutes of landing.
The views from the villa are really amazing taking in the west coast of the island down to the nearby beach of Armenopetra and across the Aegean to the island of Evvia. The views also extend to the closer island of Skiathos and behind it the Greek mainland taking in a number of mountain ranges. The comings and goings of the boats in the port also provide interest as a couple of times a day a ferry will pull in as will smaller Flying Cats and of course a plethora of fishing boats yachts etc.
The house is enclosed by fences and hedges with gated access into the parking space at the rear of the house. The front is a lawned area with the swimming pool in the middle and is a private and quiet haven. There is a large terrace upstairs providing both double bedrooms with a seating area to drink in the views and downstairs are other shaded terraces with outdoor furniture. The barbecue area also has a dining table so you can eat inside or out.

Ground floor: The ground floor has an open plan living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.
Upper floor: The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside: Outside is a walled in garden with private pool and a pergola covering table and chairs, barbecue, and outdoor sink.

A most lovely villa with simply breathtaking views.The place is really quite, perfect for a group of friends like us or a family looking for peace and relax. Beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you need.
Pool and garden were lovely - the flowers were watered every day and the grass was green even in September.
Wonderful location with amazing views (you do really need a car).
From the start Theo was easy to contact and very helpful with car hire and ferries.
We were met off the ferry and taken to the villa, although actually it is easy to find (not up some long winding gravel track)
Glossa and Loutraki are lovely - it's definitely worth staying in this part of Skopelos.
