Description
Villa Perivoliou is a light and airy modern house, but built with all the traditional features you would expect on Skopelos Island. Its crowning glory however is its position set in beautiful, peaceful countryside just a few minutes walk from the beaches that some regard as the most beautiful on the island. The village of Glossa though is only 10 minutes drive away with its shops, tavernas and cafes.
The villa has three bedrooms situated over 2 floors, downstairs the open plan kitchen – dining room and living room open through large French windows onto the stone terrace that surrounds the pool and the gardens (including vegetable garden) and the barbecue area. There is also a double bedroom and a shower room on this level. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with balconies and also a large terrace to share, which have views perhaps even more stunning than from the rooms below. And the second bathroom is also a shower room.
Tomas and Anthοula are both teachers and built this lovely house on the land farmed by Anthοula's familly for generations. Its unique postion in an ancient olive grove right in front of this unspoiled coastline with its many cove like beaches but still close enough to the facilities of the village.

Anthoula and Thomas have thought of every last detail. The nature around the house is splendid. The outdoor area is great with lots of space and an amazing garden. We loved beach Perivoliou..

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. The beaches are gorgeous and not over crowded - our favourite was Perivoliou, near villa. Every day was different and beautiful but my favourite way to spend it was waking up and enjoying a coffee on the balcony watching the boats come.
