Description
The Villa sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms. There is the garden on three sides. The villa is on two levels. At the ground floor we can find the living room with a big terrace for the dinner al fresco, the kitchen, and a bathroom with the twin bedroom.
At the first floor, there is the Master bedroom, another double room, the single room and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with tub). The villa is very comfortable for a family with kids, is near to the beach, really easy arrive there by bicycle, there are shops nearby (all kind of shops).

Location description
Forte dei Marmi is the most popular VIP beach of the Tuscan Cost since '60. Many international singers and actors spend here there own holiday during the summer. There are many restaurants, fashion shops, is very nice walking for the central road to see the shop-windows. During the sun set there are many beach bar with lounge music and lovely cocktails. In Forte dei Marmi there is the golf club, riding, many possibility to visit near town Lucca, Pietrasanta, Carrare, Genova, Florence.
Local events
Each Tuesday there is the most pupular fashion market in the central square of Forte dei Marmi.
Tourist attractions
Genova with aquarium, Pietrasanta with old roads, Lucca with their old walls, Florence with art and museum, 5 terre wonderful villages waterfront.
Directions
From Pisa Airport follow Genova direction (north) of A11 or E80 at the gateway Versilia you can go out from the highway and follow the Forte dei Marmi direction centre village.
