Nestled in the hillside just above Dawn Beach, the Villa has direct beach access from the garden. Now with improved steps, it is even easier and quicker for you to swim in the warm, clear blue waters of Dawn Beach Bay. Facing due east, the cool sea breezes easily refresh your body, making the experience comfortable as well as beautiful.
Not only are you minutes away from one of the best snorkelling spots on the island, you are also within a short walking distance of a handful of the islands most impressive restaurants, including two fantastic beach bars.
The beach is shared only with a select few Villas in the area and the Westin Hotel, with excellent pool and hot tub facilities.
To cater for your every need, Villa Oyster Pearl comes with a fully equipped kitchen. cooking utensils, crockery etc: beach equipment (including snorkel gear and body-boards) and free wireless internet.
But then, who needs internet when you have intriguing garden wildlife, white sandy beaches and deep blue seas?

Location description
Dawn Beach has some of the best Snorkelling on the Island and it is at the bottom of your garden.
Some of the islands best restaurants are within walking distance of the Villa. The gourmet capital of the Caribbean, Grand Case, is a short drive away.
World famous Orient Beach with its beach bars, sun loungers, rum punches all with excellent lunch time fare. Hate tan lines? Dont forget the nood section at the south end of the beach!!
For the kids Le Gallion has the shallowest wave free waters and is a haven for the little ones.
But if I give away all the Islands secrets there will be nothing for you to discover... so come and see for yourself.

St Maarten can be a little confusing for the first time visitor. The cars are small the Roads narrow. We meet and greet every Guest at the Airport and guide them to the villa. That way you can get acclimatised to the Island and start your holiday in the most relaxed way.
