Pomegranate Garden Villa Artemis is an extremely stylish villa in a heavenly setting. As the name suggests the villa is surrounded by pomegranate fields and offers panoramic mountain views all around. The property also faces the Mediterranenan sea and both "Turtle beach" and the island are visible in the distance. There are no other houses around to obscure the view or block the much welcomed, cool sea breeze.
This stylish property was completed in June 2011. Every effort has been made, with the more discerning villa holidaymaker in mind, to create a villa with superb facilities as well as a lovely, natural ambience to match the beautiful surroundings and to complement your holiday feeling.
Villa Artemis has its own swimming pool which is framed by pomegranate trees and affords great privacy. The comfortable seating area outside is ideal for your pre dinner aperitif whilst you enjoy the sun setting over the mountains. The large breakfast terrace overlooking the pomegranate fields, perfect for eating alfresco, is one of the key attractions of this villa.
Villa Artemis is one of a set of three terraced villas. Villa Artemis has its own private pool at the side of the property. Villas Bylis and Caria share a swimming pool. The properties can be rented individually, two together or all three together.
The property is located only 15 minutes' walk from the very centre of Dalyan. Shops and restaurants are only an 8-10 minute walk away. Enjoy an evening stroll along a lovely country lane (keep and eye out for the tortoises!) into charming Dalyan with the illuminated rock tombs in front of you.

Location description
Dalyan is an area of oustanding natural beauty. Spend your holiday in Dalyan and you will undoubtedly want to return as a huge number of people do just that. With a charismatic mix of breathtaking scenery, nature, fantastic weather, great hospitality, as well as restaurants, charming bars and places to shop, you will experience an unforgettable holiday.
Dalyan is a lovely, small riverside town, a conservation area surrounded by cotton fields, pomegranate fields, orange and lemon groves and pine clad mountains. Development is limited in Dalyan which means no high rise buildings, Greenpeace plays an active role and local people still make a living fishing and farming.
Dalyan has a beautiful beach, one of the last few remaining nesting sites of the loggerhead turtle with its own turtle sanctuary where you can see injured turtles and it has been voted as one of the safest beaches for children and was also winner of The Times Best Open Spaces for Europe. Imagine a 5km strectch of golden sand from the base of a pine clad mountain to a river delta with not a single hotel, house or car in sight where rare turtles come to lay their eggs at night.
Dalyan's pace of life is relaxed and there is a surprising amount to occupy oneself. This charming unspoilt small town has much to offer all who visit - something for everyone, all in one place. Dalyan offers breathtaking natural beauty and the experience of unforgettable Turkish hospitality. It is a good base for other local attractions and the many famous historical sites in the area.
There are famous local mud baths and thermal springs and an ancient city just the other side of the river as well as spectacular 4th Century rock tombs carved into the cliff face. There is a beautiful lake at the end of the river for you to cruise around and have a barbecue.
Dalyan is laid back, low key and lovely; a unique place that is a hit with all ages. If you are one of those people who vows 'I never go to the same place twice' you'll be in for a surprise.

The charming town of Dalyan is situated between Fethiye and Marmaris on the Turkish Turquoise Coast.
Dalaman is the nearest airport only 30 minutes' drive away.
