Villa Simone is ideally located just off the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay. The villa is approached through lockable gates and has off road parking. The private pool and sunny garden has a fenced and walled perimeter for your privacy. The ground floor is open plan, bright, pleasantly furnished, and overlooks the pool and garden. There are 2 comfy sofas, a stylish dining set for 6 persons, and a TV with satelite. The kitchen and utility area's are well equipped for your self catering needs. There is a guest w.c. on the ground floor. The fine split staircase leads to a galleried landing where there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a twin bedroom, and 2 double bedrooms with a balcony with views of the Mediterranean sea, (one has an en-suite bathroom). A luxury villa in a lovely corner of Cyprus, ideal for families or those wanting to share a villa. Wedding groups welcome. Wifi.
The villa is in Chloraka, just off the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay. Just a 10 minute drive to most tourist attractions: Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay beach, Paphos driving range, diving and water sports. Arrive at the villa from Paphos airport in just 30 minutes. Golf locations just 30 minutes away.
The villa sleep up to 6 people and comprise a large open plan living dining room with seating for up to 6 people and a dining table with 6 chairs. This area leads out onto a pool terrace and surrounding gardens with outside table and chairs.
There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two double bedrooms (one of which has two signal beds) and one twin bedroom, with wardrobes and one bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
The private swimming pool area has ample space for sunbathing on the sun beds provided and enjoying the endless Mediterranean sunshine.

“Spacious Villa, quiet location.”

Just returned from spending two weeks at Villa Simone. Overall, very pleased with the Villa, the facilities and prompt response from the owners to our emails. Plenty of room inside and just about everything you need provided. The Mediterranean sun means the beach towels are well warn and sunloungers weather beaten but nice little extras left in cupboards from previous guests mean you don't need to rush out to buy a load of cleaning products etc. as soon as you arrive. The pool is cleaned twice a week and there is a net provided so you can easily keep on top of the leaves in between cleans. Directions made the villa easy to find and its worth learning the back routes and short cuts to town. We were very glad we hired a car, there's not much close by and it's simply too hot to walk far during the day. Just a short drive to either Paphos or Coral Bay, perfect. The villa was clean on arrival and spare bedding provided for us to change ourselves as necessary. Washing machine came in handy and meant we could travel with fewer clothes and keep the towels fresh. The only negative: AC units are on timers. Understandalbe, as it stops huge electricity bills, but in the bedrooms it gets really hot during the night and inconvenient to get up every two hours to set them running again. Minor niggle: there are so many switches in the villa that it's difficult to work out what's what! Adds to the adventure.. .
“Beautiful Spacious Villa in Quiet Location with Sea Views”

Lovely spacious villa with 2 good sized doubles (master en-suite) & a large 3rd bedroom with twins - perfect and easily large enough for 6 people to stay very comfortably. Views to the med from balcony joining the 2 doubles very pleasant. Lovely large open plan kitchen, dining area and light, triple aspect lounge with double doors to patio and pool. Dishwasher and ice-making fridge were wonderful bonuses :-) Great pool, perfect as a plunge pool or for short lengths and cleaned twice a week. Relatively quiet neighbourhood - while only 15-20 mins walk to shops & bars, a hire car is probably advised due to hills & heat..! Owner was very helpful and reasonable during our stay and gave us a few tips before we arrived - thanks very much! All in all we had a wonderful stay and hope to come back soon.
