The villa is in on the southern edge of Cessenon-sur-Orb, near Saint Chinian, Herault, Laungedoc-Roussillon, France. It's in a peaceful and secluded location, with gorgeous views.
The villa is set on a hillside in 1 hectare of landscaped gardens with an unoverlooked private swimming pool. It has its own small vineyard. There are stunning views from both the patio area by the house, and from the pool area, which has its own patio and barbecue. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Cessenon, where there are restaurants, bars and shops.
Cessenon is a lively town with a market 2 days a week. There are many lovely walks in the area including part of a GR route. Cycling routes are well-signed. Canoeing on the River Orb is available nearby. The historic town of Beziers is 30 minutes away by car. Other places of interest are the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne and Narbonne. The glorious beaches of the Mediterranean are 40 minutes away by car.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC and one separate WC. It can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is superbly equipped and there is a patio just outside the kitchen where you can eat or just sit in comfort. There is a large living room with British TV and an indoor dining area.

Deposit/Booking Notes
We require a €500 returnable security deposit.
A payment of 30% of the rent is required to secure the booking. The remaining 70% and the security deposit are payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking.
If you cancel for any reason after you have paid the deposit, we will try to re-let the house. If we succeed, we will return to you everything you have paid us, minus any difference between the rent you have agreed to and the rent we get from the new tenant.
