This fabulous 6 bedroom property on a large 6,500m2 plot comprises of a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a separate 2 bedroom cottage with its own living room and kitchen. The cottage is connected by the covered terrace and bar area. This is an ideal child friendly villa for families or friends holidaying together.
The villa is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Located between the quaint fishing village of Benagil with its pretty beach and restaurants and the popular holiday resort town of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
Accommodation: The villa has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen contained in the main building and a further 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchenette and bathroom in a self contained cottage connected by the terrance and bar area. Indoor/outdoor open plan living is what this stunning villa is all about. Multiple terraces surround a barbecue and bar area with beer tap (a beer keg can be provided for an additional fee). The terrace overlooks the subtropical gardens and pool which has a fantastic water feature with waterfall, a slide, a bubble seat and sloping beach entrance. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Next to the pool is a large grassed garden area for children to play and a safety fence around the pool for extra security. The villa is well equipped for children's entertainment with football goal, ping pong table, table football, basketball net, volleyball, lawn bowls and badminton rackets.
The inside of the villa has rustic stone feature walls and wooden beams. Built around the large, stone open fireplace, the living room flows through into the dining area and fully fitted well equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed and offers panoramic coastal views. The natural stone master en-suite has a large bath and walk-in shower. Also on the top floor offering similar beautiful views is a double bedroom and en suite bathroom. There is a spacious triple bedroom on the ground floor with patio doors that lead onto the terrace and a en-suite with large bath and walk-in shower. The forth bedroom has twin beds (can be pushed together or separated) and a bathroom. In the cottage, the living area with open plan kitchen reflects the same warm, rustic charm with the pool just outside the patio doors. A delightful master with a King size bed and a twin bedroom complete this holiday home.
Offering all the benefits of a hideaway property, yet only minutes walk away from two secluded beaches and local restaurants, as well as only five minutes drive to the centre of town, supermarkets, water parks and golf, tennis and sport facilities.
