Detached character villa situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac. Sleeps from 2 to 8 people maximum in 4 bedrooms in the cosmopolitan seaside resort of CALPE (Costa Blanca) - Nr Alicante.
Villa Sarabanda is an attractive villa within well maintained gardens ideally situated in the residential suburb of “Los Pinos” (The pines) in Calpe. The villa is within an easy and very pleasant 10 minutes walk to the Sea and the award winning blue flag beach (La Fossa Beach) which is ideal for young families.
Free Wifi is available at the villa.
For the comfort of guests, free standing electric tower fans are provided in all bedrooms.
A welcome pack will be provided during your stay.
Our property agents in Calpe will ensure that the villa is prepared with the beds made ready for your arrival.
The main living and sleeping area is on the upper level with 3 bedrooms. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the villa's pool with south facing panoramic views towards the Bernia Mountains - ideal for alfresco dining.
Within the lounge/ dining area there is a TV with DVD player, also a stereo CD sound system. For winter use there is a wood-burning stove. A separate well stocked kitchen.
Downstairs is a spacious studio apartment with an en-suite shower room & kitchenette
Sarabanda will sleep from 2 up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

Deposit/Booking Notes
During the main rental period the villa is booked weekly on a Saturday to Saturday basis -From 28th May through to 1st October 2016. Weekly Rentals Only.
Outside of this period - the villa can be booked "Midweek and for shorter stays" (Minimum of 4 nights to be booked).
Rental rates are for the whole villa, not per person and include linen, towels (not beach towels), local taxes etc.
EARLY BIRD - Advanced Bookings.
The guest will be offered a 10% discount on the rental rate. If they book at least 10 months in advance of the start of their stay.
During the SPRING & SUMMER SEASONS >> Arrivals must be on a SATURDAY >> Picking up the keys from our rental agents office in Calpe between 5pm and 8pm. (Abahana Villas). The ABAHANA Office is next to the Mercadona Supermarket.
Baggage collection at the airport and sorting out car hire can take an hour in the high season.
If you are hiring a rental car from "Alicante airport" - the travel time into "CALPE" (North - nord) - is just over one hour -(1 hour 15 minutes).
This is an easy car drive following the "Blue Signs" for Valencia on the Toll road (approx 5.40 Euros) - until you see signs for Calpe become apparent.
Departures from the villa must be before 11.30 am - leaving the villa in the same condition as it was found, tidy, clean and without any rubbish.
Outside of the High Season, the arrivals and departure times are more flexible and this can be negotiated with our rental agents in Calpe.
Please note that for each Booking made, there will be a preparation cleaning charge of 189 Euros (This will be added onto the total rental rate).
