Description
Our lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached villa with private pool is the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore unspoilt North Cyprus. Situated near Iskele and just a short drive from the picturesque harbour village of Bogaz, the gateway to the stunning Karpaz Peninsula.
The villa has it's own swimming pool, air conditioning (in all 3 bedrooms), family bathroom and cloakroom. It also has marbled floors to help keep cool during the summer months.
The downstairs consists of a hallway leading to an open plan living and dining area, kitchen and cloakroom.
The living/dining area consists of two armchairs, a two and a three seater sofa, a TV and dvd player. There is a dining table and 6 chairs, a fresh water dispenser, plus electric fans for those very hot summer days.
The kitchen is fully fitted with cutlery, crockery, utensils, eletric cooker, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, american style fridge freezer, washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
The cloakroom contains a hand basin and wc.
The upstairs has three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a balcony.
The large bathroom has a hand basin, wc, bath and a separate shower cubicle.
The exterior has its own swimming pool, extensive patio area with patio furniture and.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Location description
Iskele (Trikomo) is famous for its annual festival during summer, as well as the Mehmetcik (Galatya) Grape Festival both major regional cultural events attracting visitors across the island. A market selling local produce and household items is held on Fridays. There is also a selection of shops, several banks, a clinic and municipal offices.
The quaint 15th century Byzantine church of St. Jacob (Avios Iakovos) dominates the centre of town. Iskele icon museum is another main attraction. Inaugurated in 1991, the 12th century church of Panagina Theotokos (Blessed Virgin Mary) is preserved by the Department of Antiquities and Museums as the icon museum.
Nearby Bogaz is a beautiful sleepy fishing village on the southern edge of the Karpaz Peninsula with a small population of approximately 6,800 people. Fishing boats sail in and out of the harbour all day and the day's catch is sold on the quayside to the local restaurant owners and locals. Hence there are several good fish tavernas from which to choose from, many offering the catch of the day. There are also several bars, supermarkets and shops.
The Korenium Golf Course is of championship standard and is about a 30 minute drive away.
Bogaz is well situated to explore the area as it is only a few miles north of Iskele, 25km north of Famagusta and is on the edge of the Karpaz Peninsula.
You are therefore close to some of the finest beaches in North Cyprus, and none of them will be even remotely crowded - the Karpaz Peninsula has over 45 sandy beaches to explore on your North Cyprus villa holiday! At Famagusta, Glapsides Public Beach is popular with families, where youngsters can paddle safely in the shallow waters.
Head into the Karpaz Peninsula to discover secluded rocky coves that can be yours for the day, or the wide sands of the glorious Golden Beach. Backed by the romantic sand dunes, chances are you'll be the only family on your stretch of this enormous sandy beach, unless you count the sea turtles laying their eggs in the sand!
Famagusta - Intrigue of the Old City. Founded by the Egyptians, the old walled city of Gazimagusa (Famagusta) was once the richest port in the world and so today is steeped in intriguing antiquity. The town is centred on the main square and the impressive Lala Mustafa Pasa Mosque and is rich in historic monuments, including the famous Othello Tower. Wander leisurely through its palm-lined avenues and soak up its enticingly unique atmosphere.

200 pound security deposit required, refundable within 2 weeks post departure, upon satisfactory inspection.
All outstanding monies to be paid within 6 weeks of holiday start date.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be paid to the Client. No other liability will be borne by us in respect of cancellation. The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellation.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure of the supply of water, gas, electricity or any other services which are outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or personal injury arising out of your use of the villa during your stay in Northern Cyprus, however caused. Therefore please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover to protect you from all eventualities.
