Description
Our luxury villa has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher,kettle,toaster, microwave,comfortable seating and a dining area for 6 people. We like to think that we have made it feel like a home rather than a holiday let.
There are 2 large bedrooms both of which have en-suite facilities and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom with bath and a shower over. The other bedroom is a twin room and has an en-suite with a walk-in shower. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
One of the sofas in the lounge is a double sofa bed and an extra single camp bed, a child's cot and high chair are also available if required.
Linen and towels are provided which will be changed mid week. To save on your luggage allowance we also supply beach towels for your use during your stay but these will not form part of the linen change.
Air conditioning is available throughout and there is no additional charge for its use. Hot water is heated by a solar panel.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
There is a smart TV that shows Greek TV and a selection of satellite programmes and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.
Outside there is a secluded garden and terrace area and a private swimming pool. There is comfortable seating on the covered veranda and sun loungers around the pool with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. A BBQ is also available.
There is parking with a pergola to shade from the sun and the area is gated for security and safety.
A small welcome pack is included in the price containing water, beer, wine, juice, milk, bread, spread, tea and coffee etc.
Larger supermarkets are a short drive away.

A deposit of 20% is required to secure booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
