Your perfect Andalusian Cortijo holiday home rental, private and peaceful for a truly relaxing break. Elevated high up overlooking the 18 hole golf course and Arcos de la Frontera town, it really does offer the ultimate in peace and privacy.
This villa is a beautifully furnished home, sleeping up to 24 people, has plenty of room for families or groups of friends to socialise, but has private areas where couples can be alone together!
It is made up of a main house build in U-form. 6 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private terrace are built around the patio with fountain and orange trees. A further 1 double bedroom ensuite and 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom are located on the first floor of the main house. There is a separate appartment for 4 persons which can be included or excluded from the rental.
Outside there is a large pool 12m x 6m and positioned to take advantage of the amazing views across the valley.

Deposit/Booking Notes
50% deposit . The balance of the holiday cost is paid 2 months before arrival along with a required refundable breakages deposit of EUR 500. If you arrange your holiday within 2 months of arrival then full payment is due at the time of the booking.
Payment is to a ES account by BANK TRANSFER. A booking form will be sent to you when you confirm you want to book with us and once the deposit has been received we confirm asap with a booking receipt showing the payment made and details of future payments required. It is updated at each payment stage and courtesy emails are sent when payments are due. We hope we make the whole process as easy as possible for you.
